Vacation apartment in a famous ski resort in the Bavarian Alps

Welcome to my apartment! You’ll find a beautiful 1-room apartment, approximately 45 m², on the 2nd floor—modern yet incredibly cozy—with an elevator, a large balcony, and a magnificent view of the mountains. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the main train station and bus station, as well as downtown Garmisch with its shops, cafés, and restaurants; or take a 10-minute walk to the Hausberg ski and hiking area (ski lift, mountain railway).<br>The apartment features 1 living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa and 2 beds, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a refrigerator, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower.
