Nice little place

The accommodations were just what we needed given what we were visiting for. The place is located in the Forest Preserve so there’s plenty of wildlife to see.

Our stay was lovely-Gabriella was pleasant, available and a pleasure to do business with! Very clean, quiet accommodations with forest walking trails, outdoor exercise circuit, dog park and numerous lakes nearby in addition to close proximity to Bethel Woods and the Woodstock museum.

Very nice

Beautiful setting nestled in the woods next to a stream. Hostess is warm and helpful and because it's centrally located it's easy to get to Bethel Woods and neighboring communities and sights. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Fall Weekend Getaway

This was a great little place to stay! Perfect for the weekend! Host was super responsive and kind. The place was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Stay

Our time here was lovely. The studio is very clean and homey. It was very nice to wake up and have coffee by the stream. The “Little Falls” are peaceful too. All in all, this was a fantastic place to be, and I imagine I’ll be back in the near future!

Relaxing!

A very relaxing vacation sitting by the brook with a backdrop of trees. Very quiet area with a small falls just down the road. Just what we were looking for. The hostess was gracious and accommodating. A comfortable room with everything we needed.

Easy!

Well kept interior, very clean with convenient self-check-in. Very convenient to Bethel. Lovely babbling creek right outside with chairs provided. Host was very accommodating of our e-bikes, providing a place for charging and safe storage

Peaceful Rustic Getaway

Gabriella's place is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It's very clean and cozy. It's in the Forest Reserve at Smallwood - a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. It's a short drive from Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, as well as several scenic lakes. There are some great restaurants with lakeside dining. Check in went smoothly and communication with Gabriella was easy. We highly recommend!

Country Style Cabin

Gabrielle, was friendly and awesome... Everything was decorated in old country style including the lighting. The room was nice & clean with an open lay-out. It had a large ceiling fan in-between the bed and couch area keeping both areas cool and comfortable during the summer and hot-months. There is a heater for the cool winters. We definately plan to stay there again in the summer months.

Wonderful Studio Retreat

This studio apartment far exceeded my expectations. It is spacious, very comfortable, with a wonderful relaxing vibe! The Space is well equipped and perfect for two adults. The area is beautiful and we had wonderful walks through nature & views of the waterfalls. Check in was very easy with keyless access. The studio has a separate entrance, and although the host lives above, our stay was very private. Gabriella, our host, was very responsive, friendly made us feel very welcomed. We hope to be back! Thank you!

perfect getaway

my wife and I needed a short getaway, stay was three nights. we found a cozy , clean and charming large efficiency. there was a king bed , a bathroom shower, lg. tv with plenty of channels, private entrance, your own space. you overlooked a full flowing stream, deer all over the place; 12min. ride to Bethel woods (museum and Woodstock location). woman owner lives above, very friendly and out of the way attitude. clean and new

Weekend getaway

Overall, the experience was good—a clean and cozy place with all the necessary amenities. I wish the saucer pans could be better. The small one didn't work for the stovetop. The large one’s coating is peeling, causing the eggs to turn out badly. Other than that, it's a nice place for a getaway weekend.

Beautiful apartment in the forest!

This apt was a large studio with full bath. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. Ithas all the amenities, kitchen, bath, linens, evenrobes and slippers were provided. It is below tne owners main house and you have your owndriveway and entrance. Outside there is a grill and two adirondak chairs to sit and look across the road into tne forest and running brook. There are also two chsirs down by the brook which was lovely..just bring bug spray. There are many deer and other forest creatures running around which was great. A short walk away is a beautiful waterfall. The apt is close to the Woodstock museum and restaurants. The area is lush and green..perfect weekend away! The host is a doll and she istbere to answer all your questions! Oh and the couch in tne apt was the most comfortable couch I've ever sat in!!! Highly recommended this place!!!
