Easy to book, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake. Didn't get a picture, but we had a deer visit us at one point. Came close enough to grab a crab apple off the tree and lingered for a bit. Parking was so convenient. We were able to open the sliding door and get things in and out easily. Used the laundromat at Yacht Haven during our stay, would recommend that if you need to do laundry at any point. Cottage had all the kitchen items we needed, and we were able to eat most of our meals there. My son and his friend enjoyed the movie selection at night. We didn't have enough time to utilize the bonfire area, but wish we could have. It would be a great place to relax and unwind at night. We also enjoyed waking out to the lake one night to swim and watch a storm come in. Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed at this cabin to enjoy a couple days of Jeeping in on the trails. This is a perfect location as the one of the main trailheads is a couple miles down the road. Very close to the town center with shops, restaurants, and the visitors center. Perfect Sunset viewing from the balcony. Lots of wildlife viewing from the porch/balcony. Quiet and serene. Cabin is very comfortable- kitchen has all cookware to prepare a meal- plus a grill and firepit. We will for sure be back!

July 4 excursion

Very clean cozy cottage. More deer in the area that you can count. Some right outside your door. We enjoyed the July 4 parade just a few blocks from the cottage, site seeing and a couple restaurants. So peaceful and back to nature. Owners were very friendly. Highly recommend for a trip to the Rock.

Perfect Stay for Family

This is a great property on the island and provided us a central base for a mudding and golfing weekend. The location is central close to Four Corners for grocery and dining - Northwoods serves a great Prime Rib dinner! The unit is quite with walking access to a water inlet that is serene. The unit stocks necessities - towels, linens and all the needed kitchen items. Plan on bringing TP, paper towels, etc. as such items are limited for a family of four. A nice fire-pit accents the unit and provided a great cooking pallet and conversation lounge. Our hosts were attentive, ensuring an enjoyable stay. Definitely a keeper for a future island visit by anyone in the family.

Cozy cabin getaway

Very clean and comfortable cabin! The beds were amazingly comfortable and we slept so well! Enjoyed the spacious kitchen, the fire pit, and nice shower as well! Property was very nice, beautiful views of the water! This place is a gem, and we would book again! Great communication and recommendations from the host were much appreciated.

Great getaway

The property is nice and private, with great views. It is great to be able to grab some food from the local grocer and prep some homemade food while traveling instead of relying on restaurants for everything. The island is also wonderful, and the recommendations the property owner gave us made our trip better.

The cozy cabin was exactly as listed, and an amazing place to stay. It was close to a lot of good restaurants, stores, and the trails. We loved the convenience of the location, and the space itself.
