Such a gorgeous house! So clean, the amenities were wonderful and we loved the theater room. I do wish, however, the pool could have been heated at no extra charge. 75 a day is a lot on top of what we already paid for the house, but we did appreciate the complimentary 3 hour hot tub experience every night. Also, the shower in the master bedroom is very difficult to use, so instructions for that would have been helpful. Overall, very comfortable and it suited our needs for our Christmas vacation.

Excellent property

Great place for a family stay, movie theater and pool are a great place to hang out on down days from touring the city. One downfall is not having the ability to turn on hot tub yourself you have to contact property management or owner to have it heated. However, owner is very responsive and helped with anything we needed!

Nice house

The house was lovely, just as the pictures show in the listing. We all loved the pool. The hot tub was nice when we were there during the time it was on. The cleanliness could have been a little bit better but wasn’t horrible. The shower in the master bedroom was very complicated but we did eventually figure it out. My main concern and complaint would be the grass not being cut. I walked into the backyard and it came up to my knees!! I understand it being rain season, however it could’ve been mowed!! Everyone else’s lawn around was well taken care of.

Nice large home with great location for what we did while on our visit. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s advertised as having a heated pool and hot tub, and while this is true as a guest you are not able to control the heat and/or jets to either. Instead we had to message our host asking for the jets and heat to be turned on. And while she did do this for us one night, they shut off right after we got in and when I messaged her about turning them back on she didn’t respond, in fact she completely stopped responding to my messages all together despite me requesting to have to heat/jets turned on multiple times. The entertainment system is complicated. We were able to use it thanks to the guest who typed up directions on how to use it and left it for future renters! Without that I don’t think we would’ve figured it out. The master bedroom shower is also strange….. the control knobs are weird and the water pressure is terrible for the overhead “rain” shower.

Fabulous time at the perfect home!

we had a wonderful time at this beautiful well equipped home. The pool is amazing, perfect temperature. Friends joined us for ten days and our only regret was the sleeping arrangements for the second and only other proper bedroom. the room needs two twin beds. the bunk type beds were not comfortable for two senior adults. The kitchen was incredible! Vivian was the perfect host and dealt with the little problems we had in an efficient manner. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home for a couple but especially for a family. There are a few things to note below but I would definitely recommend this rental. It has everything one needs for a fun and comfortable vacation including state of the art appliances. The mattress/bedding were comfortable but the pillows were not. I ordered an inexpensive memory foam pillow from Amazon for my 8 night stay. The baths are roomy but the master shower needs repair as the high hand held shower holder is broken and won’t adjust. I couldn’t figure out which knob controlled which shower head and they spun all the way around turning on and off and causing the high shower head to fall to the ground spraying water. I stopped using that shower after the first night. Fixing it and providing an instruction sheet would be most welcome. The same request of an instruction sheet for the theater would make a vast improvement. I could not figure out how to use the equipment as I am not a techy person which was very disappointing. It is nicely sound proofed with very thick carpet so I used the room for yoga. There is an extra charge for spa use (75 for 2 hours) and it will only heat to 85 degrees so I skipped. The pool area with BBQ was lovely. The property manager was easy to get a hold of which puts an out of state traveler at easy. Every time I called I reached a live person for assistance. All in all a very nice place to rent and vacation.

It was a great house! The bunk bed has a trundle, so it can sleep 3. Beautiful house! Clean, open, and large. Backyard is dreamy.

Very nice home

The home was beautiful and had a ton of amenities. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the third bedroom was actually a theater room with a sleeper sofa. We never could figure out how to turn the screen on either. But overall it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

Long Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved our stay. The house is beautiful, was clean and had everything we needed. We used the pool quite a bit and my daughter loved the theater. Would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Place

We all enjoyed our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were a huge hit for everyone. The outdoor grill and kitchen were also very nice. Vivian the host was very prompt in responding to my questions and requests. All in all a great experience.

Beautiful house

The photos of this house is exactly what you are getting. It's beautiful. The newer features are nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the pool and hot tub. It was cold! My expectations were a HOT tub, but it only ever got warm. I would consider this a small warm pool. The pool was cold (in my family's opinion) the entire stay. They came out to check on it, and it started heating up, but never got warmer than a regular outside pool. If you are looking for a heating pool for night swims, this doesn't hit the mark. If you are looking for an outdoor pool for summer cool down, this is it. I would recommend for future travelers to get a schedule of the pool cleaners and lawn care (especially if traveling with small children) Also, do a Google search for videos for the pool, theatre, etc. that will help you experience this place more as instructions are not provided.

The rental property was beautiful, impeccable clean, provided more than adequate space for our family, appliances were top notch, and the neighborhood quiet and quaint. The outdoor grill was definitely a plus and we used it multiple times. My only complaint would be the lack of instructions for the movie theater (there were literally none) or the pool/hot tub (there was a remote in the kitchen; however, no instructions that this was the remote for the pool/hot tub). I would definitely return!!! Well worth the money!!

Great Stay in Clearwater FL

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Lots of space for activities. The Home Theater is Great but do yourself a favor if you're NOT familiar with the Apple TV remote and watch one of the many You Tube videos to learn how to navigate the remote. The hot tub and pool are also on a remote but easy to use. We Loved the Country Pizza Italian Grill for take out. Everything we needed was within 2 miles. The BBQ set up was excellent - We went to Heights Meat Market for quality meat to grill. Would definitely Stay her again and Recommend it to others. Great communications with Vivian and Team.
