We booked this place to spend time together and just relax. The proximity to both towns was great and the property was comfortable for us. The peacefulness out there was perfect.

Great place to stay!

Came in to white water raft. Literally we were within 10 min of our outfitter! The cottage is cute, peaceful and just a great stay overall! Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a truly wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Just a short distance away, we found a charming town with delightful shops, great restaurants, and a lovely playground. The neighborhood was peaceful, and across the street, we enjoyed watching the beautiful horses – such a serene and enjoyable touch to our stay. Highly recommend!

Fall Get Away

The property was wonderful and in a semi-private location that made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Other than some minor difficulties with tv reception on the promoted channels all was good. Very clean, well supplied and centrally located which made our time in the Blue Ridge area most enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay!

Felt like a brand new place, very clean, bed was comfy, the tv was ready to watch with the account already logged in, there were board games to play, the front balcony porch was lit up with LED lights that you can change the color on, it was quiet, and the wifi was excellent! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Blue Ridge.

Beautiful cottage in the perfect location!

I surprised my girlfriend with this weekend getaway for our anniversary and she absolutely loved it! The cottage is nice, clean, and smelled awesome lol. Michael was such a great help and host! 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend.

We loved the house. It was exactly as described and more.. The most cleanest house we stayed in and we do visit blue ridge offen.. We had a raining day and the house was equipped with lots to do with our grandkids. We highly recommend this place. We loved it and will be booking back here again

Clean, quiet and relaxing

Great cottage for a small family (or couple) get away. Close to McCaysville for convenient food and beautiful river walk park for the kids. Nice supply of family friendly games and young kids toys, which was beneficial. Very comfortable beds and the front porch was a good place to take in the sunrises. House was stocked with pretty much everything we needed to cook or meals. If you want a quiet and extremely clean place to stay, this is for you!

The cottage was nice and it was close enough to travel to the orchards, downtown Blue Ridge, and far enough away from the hearing the Blue Ridge Railroad. It was home away from home and was far better priced than most cabins and hotels around the area.

Quiet Getaway

The perfect place for a girls weekend! This house was very clean so cute and cozy! We had everything we needed. The host answered questions immediately. The deck off the back is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting out there at night and morning. It’s very close to Blue Ridge and Mercier orchard.

Vacation

Cottage was in the perfect location there was only a short drive to McCaysville and Blue Ridge. Michael made sure we made it to the cottage safely and had everything we needed. We will be returning! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax or even go out on this town this cottage is perfect for you.

Cute cottage in great location

I stayed at this property for a mommy getaway. It was the perfect place for just me, although there was an extra bedroom and there were plenty kf board games as well as plates and utensils for small children if I had brought the kiddos. It was super peaceful and the location was fantastic being a short drive from downtown Blue Ridge, Mercier Orchards and Wal-Mart for a quick shopping trip. It was decorated beautifully and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would stay here again.

Old Epworth Cottage

This was an absolutely lovely cottage, and I had a great stay. Very clean and comfortable, and the property manager was great about communication. Highly recommended! I did have some difficulty finding the cottage—GPS misled me, and the road is not clearly marked when turning off Rt. 5. Just a thing to know in advance. It is a great little place and i would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful

The cottage was beautiful and the location was perfect. Absolutely loved the balcony, great for morning coffee. They have some toys and books for kids which was a nice surprise. If you have littles I do suggest bring a baby gate. The host kept in touch and answered my questions almost immediately. I would definitely stay again 😁
