Beautifully modern-styled home nestled in a cul-de-sac.

This just-remodeled 1,600-square-foot home has a deck and a Sunroom and is newly furnished.

Just a short walk to Harris Beach – the best location in Brookings! Feel spoiled in this fresh 1,600 sq ft home with a new kitchen & bathrooms and ocean views throughout.

Bold white stripes now offer a clear, safe passage across the bustling highway, allowing vacation rental guests to walk confidently from their rental directly to the trailhead of the Harris Beach Path.

This three-bedroom home sleeps six adults (seven people total) and has two luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom has a California king bed, while the two other bedrooms feature a California King and a Queen bed. A roll-up futon bed is available for the seventh sleeper.

The home offers easy beach access, spacious decking, spectacular ocean views, a television, Internet with Wi-Fi, a Washer and dryer, all linens provided, and room to park four vehicles.

Note: $5,000 personal property damage protection is automatically included in your fees. $89 per stay or per month for longer reservations (fees for the second and subsequent months will be billed separately).

Great property with views of the ocean. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Beds were comfortable and the game room was an added bonus. Somethings to note - 1. the house not on the beach but across/ right by the freeway so the 2 of the 3 rooms facing the ocean/ freeway can feel noisy if you keep the windows open. 2. The property manager sent me a very detailed rental agreement to sign on the morning of check in(i am not sure if this is usual since i have never had this experience for a 2 night stay)

Very clean and super cute. We stayed almost a week with small kids and loved the house. Lots of room and kitchen space. There are great beaches near by (whales head and lone ranch were our favorites). The main road is very close but that didn’t bother us. Alice was great to get in touch with when we had questions. We would love to stay again and recommend it for families.

The home is beautiful and perfectly located for a southern coast/Redwood vacation. Lots of good restaurants in Brookings. Very happy with our choice!

Lovely House

We stayed for a week as we explored the Redwoods. Lovely house. Very clean. The only thing to note is the house backs up to the mainstreet of town so if you're a light sleeper you may want to being a white noise machine. Overall would recommend and stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean home

The home was just right for our group of 6. Very clean and comfortable. Proximity to Hwy 101 was less than ideal due to road noise, but the view was beautiful.

Amazing view of the coast, exceptional home with more amenities than imagined. Would love to stay in this rental again. The road noise is apparent but it didn’t bother us at all.

Beautiful Oceanview Property

The entirety of the inside of the home was clean and newly renovated and there were multiple game options there which we really enjoyed on rainy days. The sunroom felt cozy and was enjoyed as well. The house’s back porch faces the ocean which makes for amazing views, but the back porch also backs right up to hwy101 which means that the kitchen, sunroom, and the two ocean facing rooms hear cars driving by day and night. This also makes walking to Harris Beach quite challenging with kids or any beach gear seeing as you have to cross the highway to get there, but it is a very quick drive. The toaster and ignition for the grill were also not functional during our visit but we were able to use the toaster oven instead to where it wasn’t overly inconvenient. Overall a lovely stay!

Clean. Updated. So close to Harris Beach which ended up being our favorite beach. Within driving distance to many great places to explore along the coast. There is some road noise like other reviewers mentioned but it didn't bother us and I'd stay again because of the other great features. Sun porch was a nice plus.

Lovely comfortable home, walkable to beach

Loved everything except the traffic noise. The house sits right on Highway 101, there's just about 20' of low hedges in between the deck and the road. So we didn't want to spend any time out on the deck. But there's plenty of ocean view from inside the house, and plenty of comfy lounging spaces, along with a nice big dining room table.

Amazing house and location!

Loved our stay. Very well equipped kitchen, probably one of the best rentals we have utilized. Close beach access. We drove and walked to the beach trail. The trail down to south Harris Beach is a little steep. My late 60s in-laws managed well but they are still very able bodied. Could consider different beach access if mobility is an issue. Really really great tide pools at Harris Beach. More starfish than we have ever seen. House was immaculate and easy to find. Great view of ocean and sunset from the back deck.

Super Clean, bright, roomy

This house was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of room, master bath is big, Walk-in closet in master BR. Very safe and very quiet neighborhood. House is at end of cul de sac. Everything worked well. House was extremely clean and welcoming. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen. There are several small appliances that look brand new. Super clean and new looking refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove. Plenty of dishes, glasses cups etc for a family. We only used the toaster though. Living room: Super comfy and large couch. The TV was perfectly sized for the room, and large enough for all to view. We loved this house enough that we added another night. Property manager was quick to respond when we wanted to add a day to our stay on very short notice and a couple other questions we had. We will stay here again on our next Brookings visit. No issues at all.

Lovely home

We enjoyed the house! Was equipped with everything that we needed. EXTREMELY CLEAN! We felt like no other guests had stayed there, wow! Beds were perfect. The traffic noise prohibits patio conversation but we managed well. An umbrella or shade on back patio might be nice. We’ll stay again next trip out, thank you!

Great Trip

We loved the house and the view. So close to the beach! The only slight negative is the highway noise but that comes with the great view of the ocean that wouldn’t be possible without being on 101. We are already planning our trip for next year and wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful and Relaxing

From the moment we walked through the front door, the home was welcoming and beautifully furnished. The ocean was visible as you walked through the front door. One of our favorite areas was the huge couch in the living room where we spent much of our time visiting - 2 of us even slept on it. Wonderful home! I would not hesitate to rent it again.
