Este es un pintoresco móvil de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con un hermoso complemento. Tiene una sala de estar de buen tamaño con una buena cantidad de asientos y una impresionante cocina / comedor con mucho espacio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen y un baño principal pequeño pero único con una cabina de ducha de vidrio. El dormitorio principal también tiene dos pasos que se abren a una sala abierta más pequeña que tiene una cama doble para dormir más. En el segundo dormitorio hay una cama doble con un nido. Junto con el gemelo, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo. Esta habitación se conecta a un amplio baño completo con ducha a ras de suelo. Este alquiler tiene pisos de madera dura en toda la casa, por lo que nos encantaría que su mascota pudiera acompañarle en su aventura a Brookings.

It was such a comfortable space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was a great place for the family to gather. And the yard was absolutely beautiful! We all agreed that we would like to stay there again!

Perfect layout for our small family Thanksgiving.very comfy couch, really lovely views from all the windows; it's like waking up in a treehouse!Hosts responded quickly when we had an issue. We loved the dedicated dog area outside, and there's also a big walk in closet where we kept the dog kennels so they were out of the way. Lots of space inside, didn't get much use out of the outside space on account of November.

The house and yard could be really cute but the amount of spiders was insane. We had to vacuum the bedrooms before we could sleep there they had spiders all over. Supposedly there is a Gardner that comes biweekly I’m not what he does the whole outside is covered in spider webs before you can walk around you have to check your path the webs and spiders were huge. I’m thinking the management company hasn’t been over there in awhile and I’d encourage a visit I don’t think the people they’ve hired are doing a very good job. The view is beautiful though.

What a lovely place to stay! We absolutely loved the spacious and private outdoor area, and had a campfire two nights. (My children were delighted to find a banana slug, after not seeing one in the Redwoods.) And also enjoyed the Blue Jay that squawked at us! After a day of play, it was good to come “home” to cook dinner in the well-stockedkitchen and sleep in very comfortable beds. We also appreciated the garage parking. The home was very spacious for our family of five. Back from playing on the beach, the water heater didn’t support five back-to-back hot showers, but I honestly wouldn’t expect that in a home. Some quirks—I’m still not sure how to turn on some of the lights, and the window into the bathroom—were just part of the charm. Very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive, including to a report that we were out of propane in the BBQ. Great vacation rental! More private than anything on the beach, and for an entirely reasonable cost.

Cute and unique property

This is a cute, unique property. Some quirks and oddities and the place could have been a little cleaner (primarily the floors), but overall was a good place for the price.

Peaceful get away.

What a sweet home to stay in. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed the birds in the morning. The beach was close by and I could even hear the surf at night. I will definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving Break

My family, sister and brother in-law stayed for the thanksgiving holiday. This place was exactly what we were looking for. Two private rooms on each end of the house, adequate space for entertainment and meals, and a beautiful garden, fenced yard. We had our parents over for dinner and there was plenty of parking. We were all very pleased with this rental and would definitely rent it again. Thanks for accommodating our family! ♥️

coastal retreat

always look forward to coming to the oregon coast and staying in this home. lots of room to spread out yard for the dog is a big bonus and beaches are just a short drive and access to shops . home is very functional with plenty of utensils for cooking . can't wait to come back for another beautiful summer vacation on the oregon coast.

Beach house!! Great price!!

We loved the living space this house offered. Bedrooms where great size. The 2nd bedroom bed could use an update. While this house is pet friendly it did have a strong pet smell.

Charming property

We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. Positives: The yard and decking area provided a peaceful setting for dinner, making it a lovely spot to unwind. The community is quiet, which added to the overall tranquility of our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to beaches and the town, making day trips a breeze. The living area is spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There are plenty of beds available, which is great for larger groups. The amenities are neat, with TVs in several rooms, adding to the entertainment options. Negatives: The house has a musty smell that was noticeable upon arrival. The leather chair in the master bedroom has an unpleasant odor. The bench in the master bedroom is quite worn and could use some attention. The beds were very soft and not comfortable for us. Some windows are missing screens, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, while there were some drawbacks, the positives made our stay enjoyable. With a few improvements, this property could be even better.

Such a nice find!

This place was amazing! Everything within a short minutes drive. Beds were super comfy. Felt like a home away from home. The landscaping of this gem was beautiful. It gave us ideas for our own home. Highly recommend this home if you’re vacationing in the area.

Pleasant last minute stay

Comfortable last minute stay. The house had good space and amenities for our family and 2 dogs. The fenced yard and outdoor seating area were very pleasant when the sun came out. There were are few minor negatives...one bathroom shower needed a good scrubbing, the kitchen could use a deep clean and the garbage and recycle bin (overflowing) were full when we arrived. It is in a quiet neighborhood but on a steep hill with a narrow road (not a good dog walking or walkable nieghborhood).

Family Reunion

Wished we stayed longer. The house is very spacious and really liked the floor plan. We took one little dog. Nicely fenced in yard. The deck was amazing! Wished we remembered wood for the fire pit. Nice family home. I’m an early riser and like to get ready for the day without bothering someone sleeping, the master bedroom/bathroom that is impossible.
