The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage (2 cars). MAX 2 CARS AT ALL TIMES. You CANNOT park in front of the garage/driveway (NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY). You CANNOT park on Kiam St.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.
• Please note that though the listing shows 5 beds, there are only 4 actual beds. The last “bed” is a high-quality queen-size air mattress.
• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
