This spacious studio sleeps up to 4 people and is very convenient to Park City downtown Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort and multiple golf courses. The studio hits all the marks; the stylish kitchenette is well equipped; the cozy covered porch is perfect for a drink in the fresh mountain air; the couch is comfortable to relax by day and converts to a queen bed by night if needed as there is also a dedicated queen bed for two. The studio is in building 4 adjacent to the seasonal pool and year round hot tub for relaxation after your adventure filled day! The front desk is steps away and open 24/7 to assist with any needs, directions or local recommendations!

This property was pleasant because it had everything we needed. The wifi was pretty terrible though, but the other amenities helped negate that. Such as: the nearby path to walk to main street, many restaurants and shops, a relatively quiet complex, good lighting over the bathroom sink, floor fan and night lights were a nice extra too.

Clean cozy unit in a nice location. Bed is quite firm. I liked it but it might not be for everyone. Nice host, easy to work with.

Each year I go to Park City for vacation and some excellent Mountain biking. I tend to stay in the Prospector Square area since trails are relatively close by so I don't have to drive once arriving and the free Park City shuttle makes travelling to main street simple.The check-in was easy and simple. No issues with the kitchen as all necessary kitchen ware was provided.Before my stay I asked the owner if I can store my bike in the room which she graciously stated I could. I did bring a drop cloth to be respectful. This room suited my needs quite well and was peaceful.Thanks Again!

Solo spring skiing

2nd time staying. 1st time since second bed was swapped for couch. Tv remote only worked if you stood right in front of the tv. Could not operate it from bed or couch.

Nice condo in a quiet neighborhood

The condo is quite spacious and pleasant with a very comfortable bed. There’s no traffic noise or noise from the neighbors and it’s on two bus lines that can get you anywhere free. There’s a steakhouse 200 feet away. I’d stay here again.

Park City Birthday Celebration Trip 2025

Really nice property and an excellent location. There were three of us and we fit in perfectly. The front desk and owner Chelsea Joy were extremely mindful of our needs and helped us out so much. Thank you Chelsea for the extended checkout - my daughter appreciated the extra time to sleep.

Great anniversary

We stayed here on our wedding night and stayed again on our honeymoon. It was great. The only issue was our key card was turned off an hour early so we had difficulty getting our bags out.

Quick trip

I thought the place would be a little larger. Nice kitchen area, comfortable bed. Not enough light for me. I felt the lighting was dim. Great walking area and close to many things.

We enjoyed Chelsea's place, it was the perfect base to explore the area. The bus stop just outside the door for the free town shuttle was perfect for our visit to/from the Park Silly Sunday Market. And the large trees by the patio made for a cool & relaxing lunch in the shade. Chelsea provided us with straight-forward instructions for a problem-free check-in, and was always available for any questions or concerns.

Great little studio

We loved everything about this condo. The location was ideal! We goofed the check-in, but once we figured out where the lobby was (or read the entire email from the owner…) it was an easy experience. We didn’t get to use the shuttle to Main St, but saw it was literally out the door. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance, so that was great. Only cons were personal. The bed and sofa were much too firm for my likings. I just couldn’t sit or sleep comfortably. And there is no storage to unpack a suitcase. I travel heavy and like to put stuff away sometimes. Although there was the closet leading to the bathroom, there was no place to store away clothes or luggage. Other than those subjective details, the place is great! It’s clean, cutely decorated, and very convenient to all the things Park City has to offer. I would definitely recommend.

Great location

The bus stop was right outside the building and every time I walked out, the bus was right there. It was so convenient. Not only that, but right behind Prospector, there is a gym. Right above the gym is a spa for massages. This unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Beyond that, it would be a little crowded. I was there by myself so it was fantastic.

Park City is a year round destination from skiing and snowboarding in the winter to early spring to Mountain Biking in the summer through fall. We do it all so Park City is one of our very favorite places!

Our condo is all about extreme value for each dollar spent and it is conveniently located in the heart of Park City! The FREE bus is just outside our building door and it will take you to downtown Main Street, any of the mountain resorts and all shopping within 5-15 minutes - such an amazing amenity! We have a year round hot tub to soak and relax after your day's activity as well as a seasonal pool to cool off and enjoy during the hot summer months. Our condo is well equipped for 4; it boasts a kitchenette with everything you will need, sitting area with couch that converts to queen bed, dining table, queen bed, large flat screen tv with cable, a console with fireplace for ambiance and warmth and a large patio to take in the crisp mountain air! What more could you need?!
