Tastefully renovated top floor condo, conveniently located with designated parking. Condo over looks City Park and Park City Mountain Resort. It’s a 7minute walk or a short bus ride to the ski area base. Walk or take the FREE bus to Main Street, shopping, Starbucks, grocery store and more! 5 minute drive to Deer Valley ski resort and 4 miles to the Canyons ski area. Main Street is 1 mile away. Take the FREE town bus to get around, no car needed!

Not recommended

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this property. The apartment is ok on the inside, and the host is great with communication. The apartment complex is gross and not maintained. For example, the internal hallway and stairwell outside the apartment smelled bad, there were remants of a dead bird in an internal hallway, and the hallway carpets are gross. The apartment is mostly nice on the inside. The bathrooom is updated, and the apartment is clean. The couch is old and worn, the towels feel like sand paper, and the window fans have a ton of dirt and dust. We did not feel comfortable staying at the apartment. I had to book another apartment in town. The host was kind to refund my cleaning fee because we did not stay there, but I still had to pay the full nightly rate.

A nice apartment near the bus line to Park City skiing and downtown

This is a nice clean apartment in a good location to access the PC resort and downtown. The 7-11 bus stop that takes to the PC main base is just across the parking lot behind the parking space. Downtown is about a 20 minute walk or you can catch the bus for a quick trip. When ending your day at PC it was easiest to ski down to the City lift and take the bus from there. Less of a walk and more busses go straight to the 7-11 stop. Please note the location on the VBRO map is incorrect. This Apartment is located behind the 7-11 on Park Ave.

Great place and experience

The unit was very clean and in a convenient location. The kitchen was stocked with some basics for a short stay (salt & pepper, sugar, cooking spray). The laundry room had a small stackable washer and dryer unit which came in handy along with some laundry detergent. Lesli was a wonderful host and very responsive both before our stay with questions about the area and throughout our stay. She was accommodating with our requests. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay and would come back next time we are in PC.

Wonderful condo

We had a terrific skiing mini-vacation while staying at the condo. Absolutely the best experience. First of all - this is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed at! Everything from plenty of towels to a nicely stocked spices cabinet to q-tips! Condo itself is very comfortable and nice, and the location is amazing - 5 min walk to ski slopes, 10 min walk to cross country skiing, 15 min walk to downtown with many restaurants and adorable stores. I woudl very highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised

Clean and updated 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Top floor of the building. Great for two adults, would be tight for more. 10 minute easy walk to Mountain Village. 30 second walk to a 711 if you need anything. Bed was comfy. Space in utility closet to hang clothing to dry from the mountain. Extremely good communication from host regarding the check in process. Fridge and heating system both were pretty noisy. I sleep heavily so not an issue for me but could be difficult for a light sleeper.

nice place and clean

Condo is very clean, well accommodated, bed is comfortable. I thought it would be closer to the slopes, you can take the bus on the way after a 5min walk, but from the slopes the bus station is further, so better walk ( 15min). The heater is loud. Overall, a nice place, the market is 10 min walk, and there are not much of restaurants around.

Great location

The place has a nice and cozy feel tonit and the interior was well kept and clean. The host has a folder of all the things to do in park city from food to activities. Because it was winter time the host left directions for what buses to ride to reach the mountain from the condo which was 1/2 block from the front door. The walk to the mountain seemed shorter than what google maps said. This is a great location

Perfectly located, super clean

Wonderful spot to stay! Located close to everything and public transport but has a designated parking space if you have a car. This was probably one of the cleanest, most well stocked rentals I have stayed in. Smart tv as well as tv in the bedroom, tons of extra towels, sheets and blankets if you need them. Kitchen has everything you need but also close to many great restaurants . We walked to Main st. several times. Hosts were super responsive, we had no issues. 5/5 would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property & Location For Us...

This property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and well furnished. Ski rental equipment options right across the street. Park City Bus stop a three minute walk from the door, then only a short ride to/from the Park City Mountain. Main Street a 15-20 minute walk. Lesli was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect for a Ski Trip

We stayed for a weekend ski trip. The place was clean, had everything we needed, Lesli was great and helped us accommodate a tricky flight situation on the way home. Walkable to Park City base, walkable to downtown, right next to a 7-11, we found this place to be a perfect one bedroom apartment for a quick ski trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a Park City Stay

Look no further!

My husband and I rented this property during the holidays to ski at Park City and we had a wonderful stay! The week between Christmas and New Year’s Day is very busy in the area (heavy traffic, hard to get reservations, etc.) and we were so thankful to have this condo serve as our home for the week being conveniently located to a grocery store, bus stop, Main Street, ski shops, trails and more — everything you need for a memorable and fun vacation! Lesli is a wonderful host - quick to respond should you need to text her and she had the condo stocked with all the necessities to ensure we had a comfortable stay! The condo has a laundry room which is very nice storage for jackets, boots and skis. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great Property, Wonderful Manager

This property is very conveniently and centrally located to major sights to see in Park City. Lesli was very communicative and everything was just as promised. She was very thoughtful and had a nice surprise waiting for us upon our arrival as we were celebrating our anniversary. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if we ever make it back out to Park City!
