At home, the perfect gathering area awaits on the main level in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. The full, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking meals while keeping up with all the action taking place nearby while loved ones gather at the dining table for games or watch favorite shows on TV. Everyone will enjoy having their own quiet area in which to retreat. Three of the five bedrooms are en suite, and two of the upstairs bedrooms enjoy direct access to the private deck, perfect for quiet morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. The main-level primary suite is conveniently located just off the living room where it’s near all the activity but offers a private respite only steps away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
