Riverfront Garden House with private river access

We open our booking calendar one month in advance.
This is a unique chance to enjoy your private nature reserve. This home is located in West Linn Oregon on the Tualatin River. The backyard has direct access to the Tualatin River. You can fish, kayak, swim, SUP, and do wildlife watching in your backyard.
Wine tasting is available every Sat and Sun afternoon in the winery outside our front door.

20 minutes away from Portland downtown.
25 minutes away from PDX airport.

RV space is available

The guest needs to take the trash can out of the driveway on the trash pick-up date. No smoking is allowed. Check-in with ID.

Had a 4 day stay at the property with my family. Absolutely lovely home and property. Sits right on the river and is so peaceful and serene. Plenty of room in the house, the upstairs is huge! One caveat—the stairs leading up have quite a high rise to them so anyone with any difficulty walking or climbing will not be able to use the upstairs. No problem during my stay but others should be aware. Had a little issue during our stay (our fault) and the owner was immediately responsive and gracious. Highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway in beautiful surroundings!

Rooms so musty dead bugs on windowsills spiders in corners- spider webs everywhere. What appeared to look like mold on ceiling in master- made allergies so bad. Water is showers smelled very bad, Def felt that the pictures made the house look better, very dark. Did reach property manager about spider webs and they did come but the house still felt dirty.

Amazing house!! Our group of 5 women had a blast! It's even more beautiful in person, and plenty of space. So many extra nice touches. We would highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Family stay

Our family stayed over the Christmas week. The location was perfect for visiting local extended family. The house was spacious and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The outside deck on the river was very nice. The owners were prompt in responding to questions. Overall a very good experience.

Great Oregon Location

Very peaceful setting by the river for a relaxing family vacation. Ideal location close to the beautiful town of Lake Oswego and the Willamette vineyards. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spot

My brother and I had a great time at the property. The location right on the river is really beautiful. The only negative with the location is the freeway noise in the background. It was also very hot and there is no AC on the first floor. Communication with the host was OK, but could have been much better. I never did speak with the host and their message does not identify them, you just get the standard "you have reached 602-555-1212 , please leave a message" I found this to be very unprofessional.

Beautiful place!

The place is truly wonderful: spacious house, beautiful backyard with sitting area by the river! We used the grill and enjoyed family dinner outside. Communication with property manager was fantastic: instant replies and clear instructions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Relaxing retreat

My husband, mother and I loved our stay at the riverfront garden house. We sipped coffee in the sun room overlooking a gorgeous garden in the front of the house. Then in the evenings we enjoyed a glass of wine sitting next to the river. The trees on the property were stunning. Icing on the cake was visiting the vineyard right across the street! The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants. We would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Lovely secluded spot

The property looks just like the listing. I get the feeling this property is newly acquired - everything was fine, and with time I bet it will only get better. Minimal place settings for 4 - but we made do with other dishes. They had a few games which we appreciated and played - even a brand new jigsaw puzzle which we didn’t get around to. The river is very inviting, but there was not clear directions on if it was safe nor a clear way to get back on deck if one decided to jump in! A few floating devices or kayaks would be a wonderful addition to this rental. The gardens were exquisite - and it was fun to walk the neighborhood!

Family Vacation to Oregon

Outstanding stay! If you are looking to stay in Oregon this is the house for you! Homeowners couldn't have been more attentive, they truly want you to feel like you are staying in a resort and believe me they have succeeded. House provided all the comfort and needs you could want. Family vacation

We had a lovely vacation and really enjoyed relaxing in such a comfortable home. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying nature. The property is beautifully maintained with easy access to the river. The house was user friendly and had everything we needed.
