On the main floor is a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.
LOWER LEVEL
On the lower level, is a large king bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring separate tub and shower. Step out onto the small patio and take in some mountain air.

This stunning residence is professionally managed by the team at Lodging In Telluride. 100% locally operated, our goal is to ensure you experience the absolute best of our beautiful mountain town. We want to make you feel at home in Telluride.
We look forward to welcoming you! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:
1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.
3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.
4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.
5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.
6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
