Keep it simple at our peaceful and modest Almost 140 year old centrally-located home! Not yet renovated but clean and cozy! Less then 5 miles from Downtown OTR , Stadiums, both Concert Venues and most of the city is less than 10 minutes by car!
We love our house and Private Deck and Yard w Grill and hope you will too! UDF ICE CREAM, Starbucks, Brewery, River Access, Restaurants, flea market, gas stations, Beautiful Parks, trails and Bike Routes, Golf Courses all within walking distance and everything else a very short drive away!

The space
Very down to earth accommodations that we love and care for. Centrally located but very isolated and quiet with only 3 neighbors around. You can reach most of the city in under 10 minutes we are basically right in the middle of the city on the East side. As previously mentioned our house is almost 140 years old and still going strong! While it isnt the most Modern Accommodations you can see from our reviews that most people find it very cozy and comfortable. There is a Private Deck that only 1 neighbor can see and a Private fenced in Yard with BBQ Grill and Fire pit already loaded with wood if you wanted to have a fire.
Kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cook up a storm!
Bathroom is stocked with all the basics if you need it, shampoo conditioner soap and always at least 2 towels per guest or more depending on how long your staying.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and yard. The only Area guests are not permitted is the basement and that door remains locked.
Other things to note
Very quiet low traffic area, A lot of places to walk.
