Wonderful stay at Peggy Sue. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the fenced in yard for the dog. Really nice park at the end of the street also.We visit friends every year here and without a doubt will book here again.Bathrooms were perfect, stocked with soap shampoo and conditioner. Water was hot !! Nice laundry room.TY for the stay

Wonderful Hosts, Great home to spend our week: Close to the beautiful beach, all the comforts and conveniences of home, Close to restaurants, stores, activities to do and sites to see, be as busy or not as much as you want, great space for everyone to enjoy time together and also have time for ourselves, nice screened in back deck with seating and dining set overlooking the large fenced yard, perfect for pets, well lit stairs in the front and an elevator option up to the back deck. Nice propane grill available in covered area with lights, picnic table, electric outlets, and water hose to rinse off the sand. Easy check-in, attentive Hosts. Thank You!!

10/10!!! Looks just like the pictures and lovely atmosphere. Comfy beds, hot water, very clean, amenities stocked. Love the elevator for accessibility. Being able to close the gate also adds security. Highly recommend this stay!

Adequate Accommodations

Check in and checkout process was super simple. House was adequate for our needs and the lift came in super handy. Due to the conditions of the neighbors yard, we were unsuccessful at dodging the overgrowth as we cautiously went up and down the stairs. Our kids were unable to use our yard due to it being too tall. We found many live ants (our daughter was bitten by one in the shower), cockroaches and spiders in the house throughout the week. We did not use the dishes, and the cabinets and fridge had random foods left which was odd. Bedding and bathrooms were clean. There is a robot vacuum which comes in handy. House is close to some great eateries - Savory Eats being our favorite, and the new Buccees.

Can’t wait to return!!!

This property was a most darling off beach getaway! Close to everything we were in town for. A minute drive to great beach areas to park and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and there are so many things stocked in the house that saved us trips to the store ( seasonings, condiments, all the utensils and cookware, etc). We were just so thrilled with our stay that we (group of 5 40 adults) started planning our next trip to this location before we even ended this one. Host was awesome to communicate and answered my questions before we arrived. We had no issues during the stay. We did let her know when we were leaving on the last morning (hours before checkout due to a long drive home) so she could flip it for the next guests and we received a quick response.

Great Little House

This house was perfect for my family. It was very nice and cozy inside. The house was very clean. The location was excellent! It was a 10 minute drive to restaurants, parks, the beach, a dog park, coffee shops, Walmart, etc. I would recommend this home to friends and family.

Wonderful Family Vacation to the Gulf

The house was very cute inside and perfect for our family and dogs to stay for Spring Break. Less than a 5 minute drive to the beach where we spent most of our days. We will definitely keep in mind if we decide on another trip to the gulf to see all the things we were not able to see this time.

excellent stay

There were 4 adults. My brother and sister-in-law, my sister and myself. We loved the house. It was as nice as the description on vrbo. Easy communication with the host. The lift was a major plus for us.We hope to stay here again in the future.

Sun, Sand, Shopping, and Seafood

The house was awesome with lots of extra goodies on the inside; pots, pans, dishes, utensils, so many towels, and body wash, shampoo, kites blankets, just about anything you would need and not have to bring with you, so we will be looking to stay here again. The area was so peaceful and quiet, and the beach is beautiful white sand, and a steady brace blowing in from the Gulf of America.

Minutes from the beach, we had a very pleasant stay, plan to book again when the occasion arrives. Accommodations we're very comfortable and check in was hassle-free.

Getting Ready for Retirement

My husband and I stayed at Peggy Sue while we scoped out the area and surrounding areas for potential relocation. We are moving to Mississippi.. and maybe the Gulf Coast! Despite the unusually cold weather, we still took walks on the beach everyday. Peggy Sue was close to the beach and close to all of the surrounding areas that we explored. It was perfect, actually. Many restaurants near by as well as cute shops.

My wife and our 2 huskies spent 9 days in The Pass at Peggy Sue. The rental was exactly what we expected. Clean, comfortable, had everything one needs for a very relaxing stay. We have a fenced in yard at home (for our dogs) but to have that luxury on vacation was on a whole other level. Decent neighborhood, half mile from the beach and an hr drive to New Orleans. Many restaurants and the casinos r right down the rd. Great stay!!!! We will be back!!

Short beach trip

We haven't been to the coast in a while, Peggy Sue was just what we needed to reboot for the incoming work week. Although it was a short visit we packed a lot into it celebrating 35 yrs anny and 1st beach visit for grandbabe. Beach, food & shopping we enjoy the small town family vibes
