Incredible and modern 18th floor studio in downtown Miami, with spectacular panoramic views of the city and the bay. Surrounded by shops, restaurants to enjoy. The Studio is located near Bayside shopping center. 10 minutes drive to famous south beach Miami and ocean drive.
Cozy and modern studio in the heart of downtown. High-speed internet. The studio has 3 beds: 1 queen-size sofa bed and 1 bunk with 2 single-size beds, as shown in the pictures.
PLEASE NOTE - Parking included! Other units in the building or Hotels near by do not offer free parking. "OUR PARKING IS FREE 24/7". What others charge is Valet Parking at the next door lot for $26 0 - 6 hours and OVERNIGHT is $54. There is parking on the street but still you be charged by the hour.
Features 1 resort pool with mini bar on the 15th floor, gym open 24-7, fitted with state-of-the-art equipment , full-service restaurant and bar located on the ground floor.
It is required that the people who are going to stay in the studio provide a photo of their ID.
Metromover station is located in front of the building, it is a freepeople mover that operates seven days a week from 5am to midnight in the downtown Miami and Bricklell area. It connects directly with metrorail at goverment center and Bricklell station. Metro rail can take you directly to the airport.
