Welcome to Lodi - The Zinfandel capital! You will be staying off Vine in a newly renovated 4 bedroom home with a pool! The home boast nearly 2000 sq ft and is well equipped to make the best experience possible.
This is the perfect family getaway home or for those that want to go wine tasting at one of many great Lodi wineries.

Lovely, spacious home with a responsive and kind host. The neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to do many restaurants, activities, and wineries. We enjoyed our stay very much and the pool!

Lovely home accommodated our multi-generational family very comfortably. Ate most meals on the property. Kitchen well stocked for our family meals. Pool table was a fun bonus. Ryan was very prompt in responding to my messages. Wonderful stay.

Family Vacation

It was a hot weekend as usual in Lodi for the summer. Lounging around the pool, playing billiards in the a/c made for the perfect staycation.Definitely coming back!

Perfect Staycation

The house was the perfect homebase for my daughter and young family while they were in town. Ryan was a gracious host and answered all our questions immediately ;-) We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay!

Went on a birthday girls trip and this was one of the best trips we have been on and us gitls go on allot of mommy get aways. We will definitely be back not only because its an amazing home but the owner made our stay over the top. The pool was fantastic as well.

Ryan was a great host and very quick to reply to any messages. He even left some treats for our dog to have while we were staying! We had a really good time and thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and outdoor pool! We also found some great ice cream and sushi while we were in town :) The house was clean, spacious, close to everything, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. We would love to come back!

Family reunion

This property was incredible. Just as described. Ryan was great. Always responded to my many questions. Extremely accomadating to our family needs. Pool was very refreshing on the 100 degree days. Would definitely rent this property again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. It had everything we needed to make our stay terrific. It’s centrally located and that made it super convenient for our event. Perfect for our stay near Stockton Soccer Complex

The home was beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for cooking meals. The kids loved the pool and the location/home was perfect to use while in town for an ultimate frisbee tournament. Ryan was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. Our stay was fabulous.

Great place for family Thanksgiving

Very comfortable, felt at home. Home was well stocked for 14 people. Nice quite area, close to everything. Owner responds quickly. Had zero issues. We hope to stay again in the summer, so we can enjoy the pool.

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood

Beautiful, spacious house with a pool. It was all one level, which was important because one of our friends has limited mobility (he navigated the one step up onto the porch fine). There is a shopping area with many franchise restaurants nearby, which was handy. We walked the neighborhood and felt very safe.

Excellent property!

This house was just what we needed for a girls weekend- three generations. Home was clean and well appointed. There are little touches throughout the property that made it so extra special- coffee and treats by coffee stations, QTips, cotton wipes in the bathroom. Great bedding and towels. Excellent location. Ryan even booked a wine class with a local winery for us. I would stay here again.

A Lodi Gem

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The single story living was great with 4 bedrooms and a nice open floor plan for the main living area and kitchen. The house has been remodeled and is well stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent etc. There are plenty of indoor towels and pool towels. The pool was the perfect temperature and great to help cool down. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to our family who live in Lodi. Ryan is a great host. Thanks!

Amazing stay

I have stayed at a lot of properties and this is in the top 2. The home is beautifully furnished, its spacious and well stocked. There is a lot of room in this house and everything was very comfortable (the sofa and the beds). We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and plates you could need, and they were good quality and not the really cheap stuff I find at other rentals. Its located in a good neighborhood and very close to major stores if you need to run out and grab something. My only complaint it the weather was a perfect 75 degrees so we didn't use the pool but did sit in the back yard a lot. Also Ryan was great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
