Meet Casa de Surf #304. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a 2 bedroom first floor condo located in the Palm Bay Village complex. This complex provides a beautiful tropical resort style heated pool. Perfect for Family fun and a shallow area for the kids. BBQ grills are available for guest use. Whitecap Beach is 5 min away.

Lets be straight foward! You need a vacation? We have just the place for you!

This townhome is a fully furnished 2 bedroom. It is comfortable, cozy, coastal and you will feel right at home. This property accommodates 7 guests with a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath.

Bedroom 1:
Offers a King bed with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. There is a Pack N Play in the closet (Always at the unit if needed).

Bedroom2:
Offers a Queen bed with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. Flat screen TV provided with a Roku Stick so you can sign into any apps. There is a twin foldaway always in the closet if needed.

The Living Room:
Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. Sofa turns into a Queen foam bed as well. Flat screen Smart TV, Roku Stick, and a DVD player provided. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages.

The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 4 and the bar can seat 2.

The Laundry Room:
Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.

Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with a table and chairs that can seat 6. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes. In the patio closet there are beach/pool accessories you are more than welcome to use during your stay. We ask you please rinse and place back once you are done.

What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking (dish soap, hand soap, sponge and dishwasher pods)

*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper)

*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum)

*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!

Location:
This townhome is 50ft from the pool. You can see the pool from the patio area. You will have 1 reserved parking spot behind the unit itself. There is guest parking spots in front of the main entrance and guest parking behind the gas station where you can park a trailer or boat as long as you are not obstructing passing vehicles.

Pool:
This complex offers a great outdoor heated pool. Go to take a load off and relax. There is plenty of seating/lounging to enjoy and get a nice tan! There is a pool key that is required for access. Pool toys are in the fenced in patio closet to use during your stay. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!

Grills:
Grills are provided next to the pool area. (Gas is provided by the complex).

Golf Carts:
We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in our rental guide link we send you.

Fishing:
You can book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!

Beach:
Whitecap Beach is a 5min drive.
Bob Hall Beach is a 7 min drive.
JP Luby Beach is a 8 min drive.
Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.
Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive.
Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.

You will have access to the entire condo.

Beach is 5min away, restaurants, grocery store, nail salon, and clothing boutiques are all super super close! Discounts on golf cart rentals when you book!

You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking. Please refer to the rental guide link we send you.

We have partnered with other local small businesses on the island, and when you book with us, you will receive great perks in the rental guide we provide (including discounts with golf cart rentals, beach rentals, grocery concierge, in home massages, boutiques, salons, and free appetizers at certain resaurants)

*This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($100). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself! We ask that you please obey the owners house guidelines, pets are not allowed on furniture (chairs, sofas, beds). Additional cleaning cost if noted after checkout.

Palm Bay Village Pet Policy:
2 pet limit. Each pet may not exceed the greater of 20 inches in height at the shoulder or 25 pounds in weight. No pets allowed in Common Areas unless carried or on a leash. No Pets may be leashed to any stationary object in the Common Areas, and must be under Owner control at all times. No pets allowed in pool area. Guests responsibile for pick-up/disposal of pet waste. Always pickup after your pet!
This is City Ordinance, subject to fines.

*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.

*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.

*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees. 
($500 minimum fee)
