Este condominio de 1 dormitorio, 1 baño de 600 pies cuadrados en el primer piso cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, televisión por cable, sofá cama con almohadas y ropa de cama. Salga por la puerta de atrás a su embarcadero privado, o pesque en el muelle. La unidad está a 3 minutos en coche de la playa y del nuevo parque acuático Schlitterbahn. Everything could be improved: Porch Barbeque and tank: the barbeque is filthy. Tried to clean but it is gross and broken. And the tank is rusty and appears unsafe to useFire extinguishers: two small ones under kitchen sink. Swollen and dangerousBlanket: Only one but you advertise two places to sleep.Toaster and Fire Alarm: Toaster burns toast but no fire alarm in any room but bedroom, so no alert to the singed and smoky roomMicrowave: broken case all around the doorToilet seat: slides as you sit on itRefrigerator shelf: broken bottom shelf so will not hold anythingCan opener: NoneCleaning supplies: I had to buy my own. You had none.Drapes on sliding door: filthyTowels: four but only one washcloth in whole place. No dishtowels.Silverware: tiny baby size spoon, couple forks and couple regular spoons. Same with dishes. The whole condo is very dirty.Water heater: was off. First two days we had cold showers and your phone would not allow messages when I tried to reach you.Overall: beautiful setting. Great neighbors. Very big disappointment in all other areas.

This place has potential, but it also has ROACHES and an owner who hates renters. We told the owner about the roaches the day we arrived. He offered to send the exterminator back out, but since the place had just been sprayed we thought it would be okay. It wasn't and we contacted the owner again, informed him that this was a cleanliness issue. His response was hateful and we called VRBO. He told us to get out, we would get a refund for the rest of our stay.The owner told us that we shouldn't expect a Marriot, this place was meant as a cost effective option. Yes, it was cost effective, but that doesn't mean that roaches should be accepted. We said we wouldn't say anything else and he said we could stay. We had hoped to be able to use the grill, but it has been so poorly maintained that it was not safe to use. The shower spray holder is broken and must be held up by a zip tie. We kept our clothes in vacuum bags to make sure we didn't bring roaches home. We kept our food in the refrigerator or in sealed bags. TAhe stove was so filthy that when I dropped a stove insert, black powder went all over the stove. The light in the shower only comes on if you fiddle with the exhaust switch.The owner believes that bugs and poor maintenance is the price one should pay for a low cost stay.We have stayed often in VRBO homes. None of them had roaches. I read the owners responses to other people who had stayed and his vitriol in which he responded was a warning that I should have heeded.

Great home for the weekend

I loved it here . We had everything we needed . Towels , a kitchen , a place to fish . It was clean , a parking spot designated for me . We had a great time and first floor , can’t beat it .

Great place to stay!

Five or six steps from the backdoor and you are on a dock, fishing.Has a King bed, a pull out couch and a Futon.Great place for a small family, kids can take over the famiky room and the parents have their own room.

It was a nice place and very convenient to our friends’ places for our trip. There were bugs around and we could have used more towels and shampoo , conditioner, and soap. Little things go far for us… thank you for the stay!!!

Very Nice Place

The place was very accessible very clean very organized washer and dryer everything worked on it very comfortable very quiet and very much enjoyed my stay I would recommend it to anybody if there were such a thing as a hundred Stars I'd get it

Great but disappointing

The property was great, rude host, ROCHES ruined it. Had to wash ever dish twice, could not leave products on counter fear of roches getting in them. Had to inspect every bag prior to leaving due to not carry roches home. Never stay with that agency again.

Perfect Spot for Two

Great spot for my husband and I. No frills, but we are fine with that to be right on the water. We were able to tie our fishing boat up to the dock over night which was very convenient. Great location to everything and perfect for two.

Great location and great for 2 people and a doggie!

Just perfect for 2 and a doggie! Great location on the island for a good price. A little older and run down on the outside but fine on the inside. Spacious shower! Make sure to bring your own beach chairs and towels, not any on the property! Check in was smooth and easy to communicate with the hosts!
