Recent Renovated Apartment.
Nice condo at Seven Mile Beach, with pools and bar + restaurant.
Close to Camana Bay and George Town.
Unit 217 is a second floor, two bedroom, has a sleeping capacity of 6 people.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed and in the living room has a comfortable sleeping sofa.
In the balcony has a nice double seater hanging chair, you can relaxe, read a book while looking a nice pool view.

Children and infants are very welcome, the unit has a hair chair and a portable crib.
We have also a lot of beach toys, floaters.

There is a nice, large pool with a hot tube, and also a baby/toddler pool.

And be prepare to see and enjoy the amazing beach.

We want to welcome you and your family to our place.

Breath of fresh air

The apartment worked out fantastic. Apt was clean and nicely maintained. I don't think there was anything this place didn't have. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We rented a car, parking lot was a short walk to the apt. Balcony had nice view of the pool and able to see the water also. Poolside bar with good food. We went snorkeling right off our beach. We used the beach chairs and cooler in the closet for when we went to some other beaches. There are several restaurants all within walking distance. Overall it was a great choice staying here. Will definitely come back again.

Enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with the host with quick response times. Easy to find/access and the unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Parking was a bit limited and sometimes the noise from the poot/bar can be a bit much. Nicest beach near the southern end of Seven Mile beach.

Best New Years Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property and made use of the amenities on site including pool, swim up bar, private beach and reef and lounging areas. It was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and the process in and out was very smooth. Highly recommended for a family getaway at Cayman Islands / Seven Mile Beach.

Great Location

This is situated close to restaurants and shopping. Has a nice beach with a rock formation protecting it so it’s nice and calm. Nice pool and hot tub. Unit has everything you need including water floats, beach chairs and umbrellas. Host is very quick to respond to questions.

This was our first trip to the Cayman Island and the location, beach, pool and the condo was outstanding. Central to all activities and more importantly easy to walk everywhere and anywhere. Amazing apartment!

The owner was great and responded to every question very quickly. The apartment was very comfortable and modern and had absolutely everything we needed as a family of 4 with 2 children. Sunset Cove resort is a little tired in places but the kids loved the large landscaped pool and we loved the swim up bar 😀 We would really recommend!

We had a great stay and the home was fantastic. The pool, beach and private cove for snorkeling were awesome. We stayed for 2 nights and wished we would have stayed at least one more.

We’ve been to sunset cove a few times, and this was the best condo we’ve stayed in with the easiest check in and communication with the property manager. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.

Tropical Treasure!

Yara's place was amazing. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Very clean and welcoming condo! Easy check in and check out. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and much more. If you are traveling with kids you will find a lot of toys and floaties for them to play. We loved everything about this unit. Yara was the best host ever. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her unit at the sunset cove. I will definitely return in the near future.

Great place, location and beach

Unit was clean and everything we wanted. Owner is so nice and responsive. We stayed at this property before in a different unit. We would stay here the next time. The location is great and central to everything. It also has one of the best beaches with great sand not rock and the barrier makes a great swimming area. Pool is super nice with swim up bar.

One of the best rental experiences

Our family had an amazing time at Yara’s condo. We have a 5 year old and 2 year old who were fully entertained with the arrangement of toys and beach toys. Yara was extremely easy to reach and got back to us quickly on all our questions. For a family, this place is incredible. The pool and beach are right outside your door. The condo is immaculate - so clean (and I am VERY picky). I will be telling anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation, with or without kids, to consider grand cayman and to book with Yara. We hope to go back and stay here again in the near future!

Great Location!!

The unit is in Sunset Cove and this is a great location to walk just about everywhere. This unit is well stocked with everything you need and pictures are exactly as shown. I would give this a 10 if it was possible. This unit is great for families. There is a bar/grill onsite. We never needed to contact Yara as everything is there. I recommend you book way in advance as this is a great property and we would stay again.
