¡Hermosa! Condominio de planta baja de lujo recientemente renovado Seven Mile Beach

Nuestra familia ha tenido la oportunidad de vacacionar en muchas islas del Caribe durante los últimos 12 años. ¡Gran Caimán es, con mucho, nuestra isla favorita y más visitada! Nada se compara con Gran Caimán por sus hermosas playas, aguas cristalinas y buceo espectacular. Además de su belleza natural; El ambiente totalmente seguro y familiar de la isla lo ha convertido en nuestro lugar de vacaciones "ir a". Nos hemos alojado en una variedad de condominios y resorts en la isla y estamos felices de poder finalmente llamar a Crescent Point nuestro hogar lejos de casa. Este condominio recientemente renovado tiene la mejor combinación de lujo, funcionalidad, conveniencia y asequibilidad que se encuentra en Seven Mile Beach. Todo en Crescent Point # 6 es nuevo y la decoración costera elegante crea una atmósfera de relajación y confort.
Las habitaciones principal y primera de invitados tienen camas king. El tercer dormitorio tiene camas gemelas xl que se pueden convertir en un verdadero rey a pedido. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes televisores de pantalla plana y amplio espacio de almacenamiento. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos de alta gama con dos hornos de convección y está completamente equipada con vajilla y utensilios de cocina nuevos. La amplia isla central acomoda a todos para socializar y cenar. Un sofá de felpa relleno en la sala de estar te envuelve con comodidad después de un día en la playa, en el agua o buceando. Para los buceadores, hay una gran "ducha de buzos" que hace que el enjuague y el almacenamiento del equipo de buceo y snorkel sea muy conveniente, mientras que los dos baños principales están libres de cualquier equipo. En la unidad de lavadora / secadora, complete la comodidad de su estadía.
Nuestra vista al jardín, condominio en el primer piso está a pasos del océano. Encontrará hermosos jardines, una gran piscina de forma libre y una bañera de hidromasaje en el camino. La playa es única ya que brinda privacidad y un excelente esnórquel; mientras se encuentra directamente en la playa de Seven Mile y a muy poca distancia a pie de alquiler de deportes acuáticos y excursiones en Red Sail en el Marriott.

First time visiting Grand Cayman. We decided at last minute to change locations due to the sargassum issue on the east end of the island. We were very lucky to have found this property. Extremely impressed with the condo and the well-maintained grounds. Relaxation was key for this vacation, and we certainly got that. Would definitely recommend this property. When we return to the Grand Caymen we will certainly be staying here.

The condo was beautiful and the picture does not do it enough justice. Very spacious and well stocked and with all of the creature comforts of home. Cleaning service available daily and we had more than enough bath as well as beach towels for our stay. Condo is located along SMB, but access to the water is a bit tricky due to the shore being somewhat rocky. However there is a long stretch of beach with more than enough access to the water, and the pool at the complex was clean and enjoyable.

Amazing getaway!

So many great things to say! Pauline (the property manager) is a gem, super helpful and courteous. The condo was beautifully furnished and plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Loved the patio with its beautiful views, spent time at the pool (plenty of chairs) and snorkeled and floated in the little cove just steps away. We sampled Peppers, coconut Joes and Lloyds restaurant, all within walking distance. Highly recommend and can’t wait for our next trip

Gorgeous condo!!

This is our third time in cayman! This condo is truly gorgeous, extremely clean and well maintained on the ground floor which was great for elderly. Great location and just a couple hundred feet to the cove beach area. Kids loved playing and exploring the rock area of the ocean. I suggest bringing water shoes with you to protect your feet. You can snorkel right off the beach, with lots of fish, some saw a sea turtle and a sting ray!! Owner was very responsive and property manager was there to greet us when we arrived!!! I would stay here again !!!

Perfect vacation condo

The condo was perfect for our stay in Grand Cayman. It was spacious, fully stocked & in a great location for all things on 7 mile beach. We loved the comfortable couches and patio area. The property manager stayed super late one night to meet us for check in when our flight was delayed almost 7 hrs and was super responsive. The grounds of this condo building are impeccably kept with beautiful azaleas & landscaping and a crystal clear pool.

Secret gem!

What a special place! We are two 55 couples that vacation together every year. Your condo is beautifully appointed and had more than everything we needed. The property is so well maintained and peaceful even though it’s right on the beach. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Beautiful property in ideal location

This was our second year staying at this property and it was just as great as first time. Our group of five were comfortable in this property with all its space and conveniences. A great property and a great location.

Wonderful stay

Property description was on point and communications with host were prompt and helpful. Very quiet location during our stay, pool and beach were not crowded and often our group was only one out. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful Condo, great stay

The condo was beautiful and spotless. Jessica and Pauline were both incredibly helpful with recommendations/info and very responsive. There was fantastic snorkeling right in front of the property and a great little beach area. Pool was awesome and location was close to all of the restaurants on 7 mile beach.

Our family of 5 stayed for a week during spring break and it was one of our favorite trips we’ve ever taken! The condo is exactly as described, newly renovated, clean, ground floor, steps from the pool! The pool was the perfect size and very clean, with easy beach access. The beach is pretty rocky but there is beach access just a few hundred feet away from the condo. Jessica was extremely responsive and so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, excursions, jet ski rentals, taxi services, etc! Excellent location to walk to most restaurants and stores. Easy taxi rides to lots of other restaurants. The whole area is very family friendly and safe! We are already planning another trip back! 10/10 would recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back soon!

Amazing stay in GC!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and it was a perfect fit for our family of four. The location and parking was convenient, and there were a lot of amenities that were within walking distance. The pool and beach were both beautiful. There was a pretty bad storm a few days before our arrival which rendered the pool unusable for a few days. The owner went out of her way to make it up to us. Weather can be unpredictable, so she definitely did not have to do that! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property at the best location

Our family stayed in this property for a week over the holidays and loved it. This condo is located on the first floor and is near the pool and not far from the beach. The setup was perfect for our family of 5. The property setup and our experience with the owner was flawless. We were able to have groceries delivered to this property before our visit by coordinating with the owner and the property manager. I would definatly recommend and am planning to come back next year.

Amazing Crescent Point Stay w/ Family & Friend

We had a fabulous time in Grand Cayman with family & a friend! Jessica’s condo was on point; up to date deco, amenities beyond, location & daily housekeeping to top it off!! Pauline, the manager, was so kind & welcoming. Jessica answered every question we had in a timely fashion, which was much appreciated. Her recommendation of a private chef & the private chef’s recommendation of massage therapist made our stay @ Crescent Point a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach area and the beautiful pool as well. We jet skied, paddle board, kayaked & snorkeled right off of the private beach area. We will be returning to stay @ Jessica’s condo; I highly recommend!!! Geri F.

Perfect condo!

The location of this condo was perfect for us to walk to many eateries and light shopping. All tours picked us up since it was near the major hotels. The interior was exceptionally clean and well appointed for the price. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked for any food prep needs including spices. The condo complex was very well maintained and quiet. Would definitely chose this property again!

Fantastic!!

Absolutely great property/resort and grounds; all were very clean and quiet. Property manager and owner were both very easy to communicate with and very responsive and informative. Beach and pool were fantastic, not busy, and well maintained. Guests/owners were all friendly. The place was spacious (loved the screened in porch for breakfast), clean, and well stocked. If you scuba dive there is a great dive shower. The island itself may be our favorite yet!! Cannot wait to return, thank you, Jessica and Pauline!!!

Best Spring Break! Wonderful!!

We stayed at Jessica’s condo for spring break. Jessica was very helpful with all my questions before the trip. She offered us early check in since our flight got in early. Everything in the condo was wonderful. We had the best week. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The kids enjoyed all the board games and pool/sand toys. They also provided snorkel gear. Daily housekeeping was a nice bonus. The pool/hot tub was very close to the condo so you can go back and forth if needed. The beach was nice. Swimming was hard due to the rocky reef. But, you can swim and snorkel in a small cove next to the property. We went there a few times. My boys rented jet skis at the Marriott next door. The view from the beach was beautiful. Very private and quiet. There were a lot of nearby restaurants you could walk to. Peppers & Coconut Joe’s were our favorites. Everything was great. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to coming back to Jessica’s condo.

Seven Mile Beach Heaven

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The owner and property manager were a joy to work with, and the condo was exactly as described on the website. It’s in a perfect location to explore bars and restaurants to the north and south. We rented a car, but would suggest if staying for a week that you examine daily rental options if you want to make excursions. Andy’s car rental is just across the street.

Crescent Point is located at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach, right next to the newly renovated Margaritaville Resort. This property has a private beach, with an excellent reef for snorkeling. The Marriott is a short walk up the beach where you can rent paddle boards, sailboats, snorkel gear and jet ski's. You can also book excursions like Stingray City. Within walking distance is downtown George Town, with shopping, restaurants, and Camana Bay. If you want to do a daily car rental and make your way to Rum Point, Andy's Car Rental is just across the street.
