Watch Space Launches from your private backyard pool and interact with the wolf Peacocks that pass by the property daily. Just 10 Minutes to Downtown Cocoa Beach, less than 5 minutes to Cruise Lines, Charter Boats, Port Canaveral and Jetty Park.

The home was great for our grandson’s baseball week! It was a wonderful location, clean, very roomy and Chris was a super helpful host! The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the peacocks! Everything was fantastic! We had everything we needed. Hopefully we can stay again.

Lots of space

We enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent, its a big property with a large pool. Property manager responds quickly. I would recommend more seating around the pool as that was an issue for our large group and would be for future groups.

Perfect for Space Center and beach!

Great house - tons of space, modern kitchen and good pool. Check in via key box was super easy. Location is perfect for another week at NASA space camp, as well as Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. There’s a grill and a decently equipped kitchen for nights you eat in. Overall would recommend for a large family or couple of adults and a handful of kids.

Perfect house for family.

Great place for a family, easy walk to beach, great pool and house layout is really nice with options to separate into different areas. Dog friendly but watch out for sand spurs. Good fishing and surfing. Chris was very attentive and made great recommendation for places to eat. We will be back.

Great for families and friends!!

Beautiful home! Loved the area! Ever day saw wild peacocks in the yard! Got to see a launch from the backyard on our first night, which was absolutely amazing!!! The pool was wonderful! The beach was literally a 5 min walk from the home.

Great vacation home for multiple families

Our large party of 3 adults, 6 teenager girls (ages 13-17) stayed very comfortable in this home. Everyone had their own space to sleep and multiple rooms to hang out. The pool was great. My only complaint is the very loud wild peacocks that start honking at daybreak.

Winter of 2023

The property was just as advertised- comfortable Southern living at its best! The beds and pillows were to die for . The beach was a short 7 minute walk. The Peacocks were amazing The restaurants in the area were all Delicious! I would definitely come back.

Baseball tournament

The home is spacious, well appointed, comfortable & pretty close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, except for the peacocks, but they are beautiful. Saw 3 space launches over the week & spent quite a bit of time in the pool.

Great house with lots of space and close to everything

This is a great house, in a great location. Plenty of room for everyone. Wild peacocks running around. Nice pool. Short drive to beach parking lot. Only complaint is that some of the inside doors need to be fixed as they are hard to open or fall off track. Other than that - perfect.

Prime Cape Canaveral location

The house was expansive with multiple living and dining areas Leather furnishings, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and an expansive pool provided ample space for our group of 6 adults and 4 teens to socialize and relax. A pride of peacocks provided entertainment each day but were never bothersome. The property was only a 20 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center and the beach was a short, 5 minute walk though we preferred to drive as a parking was ample and free.. Grounds and pool were well-maintained.

Spacious home

The property is large and we had plenty of room for the family. Peacocks LOVE this property and we had a blast watching them. Blinds were a disaster but we reported them to the owner who said new ones would be installed. Not sure about the security cameras around the property. This made us uncomfortable.

Wonderful just wonderful !

We enjoyed our stay so very much. The house was perfect for our family! We had 3 little ones and we didn’t need to pack half of the things they need, the house was full of all necessities .The pool was perfect to end each day at the beach. Location is a zip away to port , plenty of restaurants but we are partial to Grills!! Beach is clean and lovely. We boogy orde red every day. The communication with Chris was seamless. Excellent property to gather, our extended family came over every day. We even had a game of kick ball one night!! WE WILL BE BACk! ❤️❤️

March family vacation

Great family vacation, plenty of space for two family’s with small children. Pool was good size and maintained well, would have been nice to have a table and chairs by the pool on top of the lounge chairs. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen for cooking and clean up. The host was very quick to set up and had great communication when we had a small issue with a toilet. The listing mentions the peacocks and it is spot on, at one point we counted 19 of them on the property. They are completely harmless and did not bother us at all. Great experience and would recommend to others for sure.

Peacocks!

We absolutely loved our stay! The beach is a 5 minute walk and even closer drive. Restaurants on the water are within a 5 minute drive. The pool is huge, and the kids spent time in it every day. They loved it more than the beach! Our favorite part was the peacocks. There are dozens, and even a mama was sitting on some eggs behind the bush next to the kitchen door. The male peacocks danced for us a few times. The house is huge with plenty of room for our extended family (3 immediate families together) to spread out. New appliances, everything looks updated, lots of TVs. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived, but Chris was extremely fast at fixing them and very kind. My father-in-law loved the place so much that he wants to bring us all back. It’s the highest praise he’s given in 4 years of beach houses.😀 We certainly will return!

Great location/Great Space

Spacious home with plenty of room for large family gatherings or multi family get togethers. Easy walk to the beach and short drive to Port Canaveral. Witnessed a night launch while there!! Several restaurants to choose from. Two dining and family room areas offer plenty of space, as well as a spacious living room with large windows. Great retreat for relaxing with a book. Our host was very attentive and responded to questions and requests immediately. Our only disappointment was the lawn spurs throughout the yard making it difficult for our dogs to really enjoy the one acre fenced yard.
