Welcome to the Cozy House in Cape Canaveral—your ideal beachside escape just a short stroll from the sand and shared pool! This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is a spacious, light-filled haven perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax, connect, and enjoy coastal living. With high ceilings, oversized windows, and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.

This 2022 new-construction home was designed with gathering in mind. At the heart of the space is a large galley kitchen with a stunning 13-foot island that seats five, flanked by two dining areas that each seat six. The living room features a large sectional couch perfect for lounging, and an 8' x 8' sliding glass door opens up to a covered patio and a private, fully fenced backyard with a gas grill and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

The primary suite includes a king-size bed, blackout shades, a walk-in closet, and a spacious ensuite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. On the other side of the house, the guest wing includes a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a queen bedroom with semi-private access via a pocket door, and a twin bedroom with two single beds. Every bedroom has its own wall-mounted flat-screen TV for private downtime. The laundry room is located in the guest wing for easy access.

Guests at the Cozy House also have private backyard access to a shared pool area that includes loungers and outdoor dining, enjoyed exclusively by Cozy Canaveral guests and owners. The owner's suite is never rented and is separated by a 6-foot privacy fence. If the owners are on site during your stay, you’ll be notified in advance. The house includes front parking for guests.

We provide all linens, paper products, and cleaning supplies, along with access to extras in the storage area. To get you started, we provide hospitality-sized soaps and basic essentials. You’re welcome to bring your favorites or pick up more at the nearby shops during your stay.

Located in a quiet beachside neighborhood, the Cozy House is just over a block from the beach. There’s also free public parking at the beach access if you prefer to drive. You’re only minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, The Cove at Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and an easy drive to the Brevard Zoo or cultural spots in Melbourne. We recommend a car for exploring, though taxis, Uber, and Space Coast Area Transit (just a few blocks away on A1A) are available.

We are a dog-friendly property and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs under 60 lbs each (give or take a doggie pound or two). A pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, and treated for fleas/ticks. For everyone's comfort, please keep them off furniture, rinse sandy paws outside, and keep them leashed in shared spaces. Dogs are not permitted in the pool. Local law prohibits dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals. Locals walk their pups before and after those times.

Guests are responsible for placing trash in the bins on the west side of the house. Trash is collected early on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please make sure bins are at the curb to help us keep the area clean and bug-free.

To protect our plumbing system, only flush the provided (Charmin) toilet paper. No wipes (even those labeled flushable), hair, grease, or anything else—yes, even G.I. Joe figurines (true story!). Guests are responsible for plumbing damage caused by improper disposal.

Please clean the grill after each use and replace the grease tray using a fresh one from the storage area so it’s ready for the next guest.

Shared pool & common area rules include:

Pool open from sunrise to sunset only
No loud music, rough play, or late-night swimming
No parties or excessive guest gatherings
No grilling within the pool area
No running or jumping into the pool
Keep all interactions respectful for a peaceful environment
