This beautiful ocean-themed unit features 3 BR, 2 BA, a kitchen and a living room. It’s fully equipped with new appliances, furnitures, A/C, a 55” TV, etc. You will have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of nature. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything: 5 mins to SeaTac, 7 mins to Southcenter mall and restaurants, 20 mins to Seattle, Bellevue and major cities.
The house has another unit downstairs, which is not included in this listing.
**NO PARTIES/EVENTS**
The house has 2 fully separated units. Both units have their own entrances. This unit is on the second floor. It features a kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, a dining room with a big dining table good for more than 6 people, 6 beds (3 queen beds, 2 full beds and 1 sofa bed) providing enough space for big family, and new appliances and smart home devices that are easy to use.
The garage is NOT included in this listing so guests WON'T have access to the garage. We have two reserved parking spots in front of the house for this unit. There are four spots in total, the other two are reserved for the other unit.
There are plenty of free street parkings within walking distance if you have more than two cars. Please do not park in front of our neighbor’s house, otherwise, your cars will be towed.
I’m mostly available for questions by Airbnb messages (preferred), text, email or phone.
The house is located in a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood.
The house is close to restaurants, malls, transportations, and city centers.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.
2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO PET】
This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
