Stunning villa

Have stayed in numerous villas over the years, and I have to say, this has been the most beautiful home. The property is maintained to a very high standard. Villa is probably the most well appointed I have seen , with the kitchen having any utensil you could wish for. Beds very comfortable , and the villa was spotlessly clean. Location was perfect, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle , but easily reached within 20-25 mins. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful ( not for any issues I hasten to add) If I come back to Orlando with the family, would 100% stay again.

Excellent house, host, and location

Exactly as advertised, it’s our second time staying and we will return. Spacious, comfortable, plenty of room for multiple families, and cute decor to top it all off. Hosts check in to ensure everything is as it’s supposed to be. Highly recommend!

Paradise

Our stay was absolute paradise! Our family of 10 had plenty of comfortable space to be together or to have quiet time. The home is beautifully appointed, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need: plenty of dishes, cutlery, cookware, bakeware, gadgets…we cooked all our meals and everything we needed was always there!! And the pool - I sent 4 very water logged grandkids back home! The communication with the owner was also amazing with Jeanne checking in to make sure everything was ok with our stay. Oh, and the garage is a park in itself with all of the games to play. Truly an amazing place to stay!

Best VRBO in Orlando!

Third time making the trip to Disney and staying in a VRBO. Queen's Funspot was the best BY FAR. Property was clean, close to the parks, and stocked full of fun and thoughtful touches...wide range of ages from grandparents to toddlers in our group, and everyone gushed about how this was the best vacation house yet. You'll see many similar type rentals on the app, some with themed bedrooms for the kids, several with private pools, and even some with garage game rooms. As someone who has made the trip before, I will tell you some small things that set this rental apart. Whole house water filter - no more packing the Brita or buying bottles! Pool heat and BBQ grill included - other rentals charge extra! Pool towels provided - separate from the bath towels, plenty for everyone Dual washer- We ran laundry every day we were there. TV and seating area on patio - made it a true multipurpose area, even for those not swimming STOCKED KITCHEN - frustrating in the past with these large rentals not having enough cutting boards, knives, plates, appliances etc. I didn't need a single extra tool to do meals for 10 every day. Even used the Instapot for slow cooking. Can't say enough about the rental. Communicated several times with Jeanne over the 8 days we were there, and she was always quick to reply within 5 minutes. The gameroom was great, the decorations fun but not tacky, plenty of sitting room and bathroom space for everyone to spread out. Can't wait to come back.

Perfect

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We booked this house for our granddaughter’s seventh birthday trip to Disney World. We had a good time at Disney World and an even better time staying in this house. First, the house is immaculately clean, and well decorated. Second, the game room and pool/hot tub area are so fun they deserve a day of there own to be enjoyed! The resort/neighborhood the house is in has a miniature golf coarse as well as walking trails and other amenities we enjoyed as well. It is very close to Disney parks as well as many restaurants and grocery shopping. We would DEFINITELY stay here again when we come back to the Orlando area.

Wonderful Disney Stay with Family

We had a great time at this property. It is very close to Disney - just a short drive despite some traffic! Close to Wal-Mart and even had Publix deliver groceries the first night which worked out great! Lots of places to eat as well that are just a short drive away. Great pool, hot tub, and outdoor space - I think we ate outside on the patio for dinner most nights. The property was clean and all the linens were new and fresh. We brought our almost one year old on this trip and there was a pack and play and high chair as well. Beautifully remodeled and clean property. We also liked that they left plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap to get us started. The themed rooms were a fa favorite of my kids! We would love to stay again on our next trip to Disney!

Disney Retreat

This property was fabulous as was the neighborhood. It was even more than we expected. The details put into this property for a Disney lover or not, made this stay spectacular. The host was beyond responsive when we asked questions about the property or area. The pool and hot tub were very comfortable. We will be back! Thanks for a fantastic vacation property!!

Perfect home for a family vacay.

Home was spacious, comfy, more than enough rooms and most important play pins and accessories for children. I have 6 kids and 3 of them are under 2 and i found everything i needed in this vacay home. Loved the pool and hot tub. All was very clean and organized. The bbq had gas. Close to volcano bay and parks. Had an awesome time.

Updated House

It was nice to have an updated house with towels, filtered water, and good AC. Makes all the difference. We could even see the rocket launch from the drive way.

The perfect get away.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa and we could not of asked for anything more. The villa was beautiful, clean and exactly how it was advertised. The villa was in a good location and the pool area felt private and safe, as well as plenty of sun from early in the morning until late afternoon. The owners stayed in regular contact through Vrbo to check everything was ok which helped make us feel welcome and at home. The children loved the games room and pool area, and the villa is a perfect layout for a family get away. We will be booking again!

Family Vacation Rental

This property was an excellent choice for our family. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space that had a large table, ample seating, TV and great pool. The house has a large kitchen and the kids loved having their own space in the game room. We were wary to book this property as it was new and didn't have any reviews, but overall super happy with the accommodations.

An Absolute Gem

Had an absolute great time at this property. Owner was very communicative and responded to any questions we had promptly. Check in was a breeze. The home is well-decorated and well appointed. Kitchen was incredibly stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the game room and the pool. The outside area is outstanding with three separate areas including a tv in the lanai area. The tree immediately behind the lanai provides both shade and privacy when using the pool. Neighborhood was very quiet. We would absolutely rent here again.

Excellent experience

This house was everything we hoped for and more. We spent Thanksgiving week in the house and at the parks. The location is excellent, the house is very spacious and held our entire party with room to spare. The decorations and amenities are on point, they really added to our overall experience. The host is also very communicative and easy to reach. Overall one of the best homes we rented. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home in and of itself is a destination, as is Emerald Island Resort. Large, comfortable, new, clean, and comfortable, it is a perfect place to enjoy after visiting the parks -- or for taking a quiet day of relaxation. We are VERY close to the parks and are located in an established and low key resort. There are many resort amenities (pool, clubhouse, tiki bar, tennis, pickelball, volleyball, mini golf, fitness center, business center), but has a quieter neighborhood feel missing from the newer, denser resorts. Strolling through the streets of the tree-lined Emerald Island has a friendly feel. You will see why we wanted to have a home here!

The proximity to Disney, restaurants, and ease of access to other attractions and areas make this home, resort, and area sure to please! Thoughful themed decor to please both kids and adults! Amazing family property. We like to think that we have one of the best outdoor areas in the resort. Large, comfortable, and with seating for all, our guests rave about enjoying the pool and spa. We always include complimentary pool/spa heat in our rental price, to ensure guests can enjoy them to the fullest. We also include a gas grill for our guest use. Decor and amenities make our home stand out among the rest, as well as our professional approach that makes our guests feel at home - while having a high quality hospitality experience.
