You’ll have access to the entire top and bottom floors of this modern home, including:

You will have access to the entire top and bottom floors and all the porches and the fully fenced in backyard.
We live nearby and are available as needed for guests.

🚗 Parking, Driveway, and Road: The road and driveway are narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully and be mindful of the rock formations. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.

🛏️ Occupancy and Fees: This modern home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, ideally including children. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond 6.

🤫Quiet Hours: 9pm - 8am

🚗🔑 Garage Access: May be available upon request.

🅿️ Parking: Limited to 5 regular-sized cars or 3 car and an oversized vehicle.

👶 Infants: We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.
❄️ A/C & Heat: The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
