Great stay

We had a great stay in Marco island - loved that there were restaurants walkable, access to the beach, and the units close proximity to the pool. Wish there were baking sheets & dishes other than paper plates so we could have taken full advantage of having an oven / kitchenette in the unit. Valet service was nice but I wish we could have self parked.

Great stay

Just as pictured, super clean. Great location in general and this unit especially being so close to the pool was great. Easy check in and check out. Reasonably priced and very nice host. Would definitely recommend and return if stay again in Marco Island.

The Marco Island beach never disappoints!

We like to unwind and relax during the Midwest winter and there's no better place. We stayed for seven nights and enjoyed the entire trip. The pool is about 30 steps from the unit; the beach is maybe 150 steps down a covered walkway. Valet parking makes coming and going easy! The unit was spotless and very quiet!

Great location on Marco Island

We had a great stay at this property. It is right on the beach and in walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed and had everything you need for a week on Marco Island including beach chairs and umbrella, all kitchen amenities and pool level location. Property owner was great to work with and added a lot of personal touches.

My recent stay at this Marco Island condo was an absolute delight from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The location couldn't have been more perfect for a relaxing getaway! Mario, our host, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His communication was prompt and thorough, making the booking process effortless. He provided detailed information about the property and amenities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we stepped into the property, we were greeted by friendly staff. The unit was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable home away from home during my stay. Mario's hospitality and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. One of the highlights of our experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurants within walking distance while witnessing these stunning views was truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

Perfect Spot

Very enjoyable stay. Having the unlimited coffee and water was a very nice bonus. We loved being on the "first floor" so close to the pool and beach. We would certainly book again!

Great place!

Great location, nice pool with bar nearby. Room was clean and the beach necessaties that were supplied was a huge help. Beach chairs, cooler and cart are a must when heading to the beach.

Small Bit Perfect!

This was a hotel suite at some point. For us as 2 adults, it was very adequate and comfortable. Our unit was was beautifully decorated! The owner was highly responsive with any questions. I highly recommend this property, without any hesitations!

Fantastic Condo for our little family

My husband, son and I rented this condo and had a lovely time! The condo was newly renovated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The property manager, Mario, was excellent and available for anything we needed. We were steps away from the pool and a short walk from the beach. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!

Great Option In Marco

While Marco Ocean Beach Resort has gone from a hotel/condo property to straight condos, this unit is still an affordable option in a breathtaking area. The room as clean and the kitchen is stocked. We enjoyed the fact that the condo was at ground level very close to pool and hot tub. The short walk to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Only negative is something we were accustomed to in prior visits which is hotel amenities are not available any longer but that is not the fault of the owner. Would recommend.

My family and I have been visiting this property for 20 years when our daughter was 8 years old. Now that my wife and I are empty nesters we decided to purchase this condo in 2021 in order to become a rental host. We have assembled a top notch housekeeping team to service and maintain the condo. My wife and I travel to the condo on weekends when not rented since we live in Miami less than 2 hours away by car.

We offer our guests a comfortable home for there stay, with all new furniture in the living room with queen size bed & patio areas, unlimited bottled water, coffee , tea with creamers & sweeteners.
The king size bed is very comfortable and the curtains give extra privacy for a wonderful night of sleep.
