Both bathrooms have been fully remodeled with new plumbing, and new tiled showers and bathtub. The vanities are brand new, with all new paint throughout the entire condo. You'll feel right at home in this stylish condominium. Both bedrooms and living room has new remote-controlled ceiling fans.
All TVs (both bedrooms and living room) are digital smart TVs and have Roku and youtube tv access.
The outdoor deck is accessible from the living room and the primary bedroom and features a glass dining table with four chairs and overlooks a private lagoon with a fountain.

The kitchen is equipped with Cuisinart stainless steel cookware, a crockpot, and lots of utensils - everything you'll need to cook a full meal for your family.
The kitchen is open to the dining and living room areas and has a spacious granite bar with four bar stools. The dining room has seating for 6 adults.

Easy walk across the street to the Romar Public Beach Access. The beach area has a short boardwalk to the sand and the water is very close. We have covered parking for two automobiles. You will have use of beach chairs, floats, and sand toys while staying at our condo.
Our unit is right next to the pool, which is very large and has loungers and tables for dining.

Just a few steps to a big Arcade that has putt-putt golf, go-karts, and arcade games. This is a lot of fun for families with children.

The condo is within walking distance to restaurants and a short walk to dollar general for any last-minute items you may need.
