First time renting ever and this was the best host and property you could ask for. Everything was clean and well prepped for my stay. The host was also very good at responding and making sure everything was ready. Would love to book again!

This was a great place to stay! property was clean and great location to beach and restaurants. Only complaint is check in was one hour later than what was listed on listing and check out was earlier-just needs to be updated to reflect the right times! would stay here again!

The listing photos do not reflect the current condition of this unit. The condo is visibly neglected and in serious need of maintenance. Throughout the space, we noticed dirty baseboards, mold in the bathroom, damaged light switches, and broken electrical outlets. The furniture is super cheap and uncomfortable, and the cookware wouldn’t even be acceptable for donation to goodwill.Functionally, the master bathroom toilet barely flushes and takes roughly 10 minutes to refill after a single use. This is an issue that needs fixing.On a positive note, the ground-floor access with dedicated parking is very convenient, and the beach is an easy, short walk away.However, the location does not offset the lack of upkeep. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend spending a bit more on a better maintained property with an ocean view.

Great spot

This property was perfect for my family! Very close walk to the beach and located around of good stores. The host was very nice and communicative. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay at Orange beach.

Great Location and Price

The price was great for the location and it was very clean. There were a few minor repairs that the owner needs to fix (plugins in spare bedroom, light switch in laundry room, and the spare bedroom doorknob). I would stay here again.

Thank you so much for the review. We have been updating the condo since we purchased it recently. Little things like this seem to get broken from stay to stay. Thank you for pointing it out. Lovely stay

My spouse and i booked a lovely weekend get away. The condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. It was just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the quite patio as well. It was close to The Gulf, we enjoyed their food and outdoor environment. We had dinner at Zeke's and it was delicious. Excellent location.

Summer Vaca

Awesome location, very quiet. We normally stay next door at the Phoenix but actually enjoyed this location better. It was very family oriented. The property has been updated and was very comfortable and clean. I will say I feel like some renters have abused the unit but that’s to be expected. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent location to beach

Easy walk to the beach, I love being able ti walk right out the door through the parking lot to beach. You don’t have to worry about long waits at an elevator. parking right in front of unit made it quick to load and unload. Quiet and peaceful spot. I’d stay again.

Very accommodating and Close to Beach!

This condo was amazing. Perfect for our family of 5. Very accommodating and close to the beach. Equip with almost everything you could need. Peaceful and a great location. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will be visiting again as soon as we can and plan to rent this space if it’s available. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We very much enjoyed this condo! We loved that it was lower level and the parking spot was right outside of the door! Easy access to both the pool and beach! It was nice that the water flags were right at the boardwalk! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! Host was quick to respond when contacted! Very affordable and worth the stay! We would recommend this condo and host!
