Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Everything was great!

Condo was spotless, location was great ! We rode the free bus into town, parking was seamless and easy, the host provided towels for the pool/hot tub which was a nice touch ! Condo was awesome! High recommend, would def stay again!

Home away from home!

We LOVED our stay here. It was perfect for a young family because we had the pool and tennis court right outside. Bonus was the proximity to the ski hill. Will be back many, many times!

Perfect condo for your getaway!

The perfect place to stay for a getaway to Steamboat! We loved everything about this condo, perfect location and set up for our group which included adults and kids! The pool was great and the location to the base and downtown was terrific. Can’t say enough good things, will be back for sure. Thanks for being such great hosts!!

Beautiful Stay

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was spacious and designed really well. We were very comfortable. The pool and hot tubs were really nice. We had a great view from our balcony and enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great spot for a Steamboat getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a fall weekend and it was perfect. Clean and modern with cute decor and a great location close to the ski resort. Lots of nice touches like board and card games, a binder with tons of personalized information and recommendations for Steamboat, local coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic rental.

Thank you for the wonderful visit. We have stayed at Timber Run in the past and have always enjoyed the visit. The location is close to so much Steamboat has to offer while not feeling like we are surrounded but people. The pool and amenities are close to the unit making it perfect for a family visit.

Great weekend with friends

Was in town to paddle board and relax with friends. Had a great time and unit was well equipped for what we needed. Clean and plenty of linens and pillows.

Very nice unit

Unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for a great stay. Close to everything and shuttle to the slopes was a great perk. Place is quiet yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking the trail system that was just steps from the condo. Great pool and 3 hot tubs. Steamboat is our new favorite!

a great find

This place was even better than the pictures. Seasonal decorations, personal recommendations, games and toys, and a gas fireplace made for a super cozy stay on a cold weekend. Internet was fast and TVs had lots of channels and apps to use. Kitchen is well-stocked and basic pantry essentials were provided. Very close to the resort without being TOO close. Quiet and super clean. Highly recommend!

A gem in Steamboat

We loved how close we were to everything, walking distance to the base, a small grocery store and lots of fun happy hour spots. Only a short drive to downtown. The kids swam in the pool daily, and everyone enjoyed the hot tubs. The beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and having laundry in the building was also convenient too. We rented bikes and saw 3 moose on our ride! Truly an amazing trip and experience. This place is a gem, we will be back!

Great October stay in the Boat!

This condo was so welcoming and made you feel right at home from the first step in. The location is perfect! So close to the main road if driving and saw the shuttles running constantly, however we didn’t use it this time. The pool and hot tub being just a few steps away from our doorstep was the icing on the cake! Our kids spent more time in the pool than doing anything else! Can’t wait to go back during the ski season!!! Thank you so much for such a great place to stay!

This unit had everything we needed for a GREAT stay in Steamboat. The condo was well-equipped, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfy and TV had tons of channels and the internet was fast. Huge pool and hot tubs were a blast. Property management was available to answer questions and help. Highly reccomend.

Great value!

We took the grandkids up for a few days to this condo. The pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts were a hit. A portable AC unit was a nice touch and helped take the edge off after a fun day exploring all of the Steamboat area. Appliances are new, wifi is fast, TVs have TONS of channels, and kitchen is well-equipped. The place is very clean and quiet. We will be reccomending this place to friends. Thank you for hosting us.

Comfy property in a great location!

This condo is very well laid out and super comfortable, with a good living room/ dining / kitchen area connected to a lovely little porch to sit out and relax while enjoying the view over the pool and to the mountains. The location is super convenient - a 0.45 mile pedestrian/bike trail picks up just across the parking lot, leading directly to the base area. This made for a super easy walk to the gondola for summer/fall fun including sunset happy hour, hiking up the ski area trails, and enjoying restaurants at the base. The condo is very inviting and well set up with everything needed, including pool towels, everything needed for cooking / eating, and comfortable bedding. We look forward to a return visit!

nice place, good location

We liked 404! The place was very clean and had good amenities. Getting the right temp in the unit was a bit difficult. Almost all the soaps were empty. We had our own stuff so able to get by but that aspect could have been better. Regardless, would stay here again!

Great unit--poor on site assistance and transportation options

Great unit. Kudos to owners! However, despite my calling and speaking with rep before booking, I was not aware there was no on site management office and there was very limited shuttle service to slopes and to downtown. Make sure you have a car if you stay here. Also, on check out day the only option was to Uber 1/2 mile to store luggage at the parent company management office and then arrange for airport shuttle service from there. Made it impossible to do the morning actiivties we had planned before an afternoon flight. Again, Unit was fabulous. Management services bad.

Cute and clean but shuttle confusion

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and parking accessible. We were very confused about the shuttle to/from the base. There were no wristbands in our condo. When I called the # posted (a vacasa#) I was told they didn't manage this property (even though all my texts about checkin was from vacasa....) and we didn't need wristbands anymore. When we boarded the shuttle the driver asked to see the wrist bands. I explained my dilemma and he let us board. (The shuttle service says Retreatia on the side, not vacasa). I spent all day talking and texting to approximately 6-8 different #s and people to finally have wristbands delivered to our room. We also didn't have pool towels and finally got those by day 3. I'm still unclear on the management situation but aside from that we had a great time.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay here was excellent for a long weekend of skiing. Extremely convenient shuttle service to the mountain was a huge perk. The unit itself was in great condition, and was very comfortable and clean. I’d absolutely stay here again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Steamboat!

Great Place!

We loved this condo! We had the best time skiing-- the snow was fantastic and the cozy fireplace and hot tubs were great for warming up afterwards. Unit is close to slopes but complimentary ski shuttle was an added perk. Vacasa staff was available in-person and by phone to answer questions and give recommendations. Very friendly and professional. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Would def stay here again.

Fantastic vacation for the whole family

My entire family loved our vacation to steamboat. The rental house was fantastic, great size and accommodations, great amenities and location. Great hot tub, pool, and tennis court right outside your front door. Excellent location right between downtown and the resort. I would highly recommend this location as a rental to everyone, you will definitely not want to leave. We will absolutely rent here again.

Great Place

This place was perfect and had everything for a very comfortable and fun stay. The unit itself is spotless and very tastefully decorated throughout. Beds are comfortable and the complex was quiet and close to everything. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and coming back for a drink in the hot tub. The kids loved the games and toys provided! The room darkening/thermal shades also helped to keep the kids to sleep in, too! Ha! We're coming back and bringing friends-- Timber Run will be a great location for a group ski gathering this winter! They've got a free shuttle direct to the base!
