Gran ubicación de verano Steamboat con acceso a bañera de hidromasaje!

Un maravilloso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, ubicado junto a las pistas. Un complejo de entrada / salida de esquí a través de un sendero de acceso de 100 yardas que también cuenta con bañeras de hidromasaje disponibles para su uso. El condominio tiene un excelente diseño para la máxima privacidad de sus huéspedes. En el lado izquierdo, tenemos el dormitorio principal con baño en suite y TV. A la derecha está el segundo dormitorio con dos camas matrimoniales y su propio baño.

La sala de estar, el comedor son muy abiertos y están muy bien renovados con el nuevo sofá. Hay un balcón privado con vistas a la montaña y amplios asientos para toda la pandilla. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada para aquellos de ustedes que disfrutan de un desayuno casero para darle el comienzo perfecto para un largo día en las laderas. Hay aparcamiento gratuito justo fuera del edificio. También tiene su propio local de esquí, convenientemente ubicado dentro del edificio. El autobús gratuito de la ciudad se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie, si desea explorar las tiendas y restaurantes en el centro de la ciudad y no quiere conducir.

The check in process was a nightmare, no one would tell us where the room keys were. The TVs in the room didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed despite repeated attempts. The place was definitely NOT ski in/out as advertised. We had to walk uphill 50 yards just to catch the shuttle. Also, the listing didn’t mention it was a 4th floor walk up.

Family ski trip

Great condo, great location! A little out dated but super comfy & cozy. Kitchen could use more basic pantry items (we ran out of salt 😞) but otherwise great for cooking meals. Would stay again!

Nice place

Good location. Shuttle to get to the mountain was great. Only complaint is the place was very dark and there weren’t a lot of outlets. We couldn’t use the fireplace because there wasn’t enough outlets to plug it in

Very homey

The internet was not available, but otherwise it was just what we needed. While we ate out one night, each other was eat at home and every utensil we needed was available. It was obvious the owners use it as home base, as did we. Thank the owners for us, please.

Condo looks like it has NOT been updated since 1890!An updating in lighting , decoration, bathrooms could go a BIG change!

Clean but dated condo

Nice family condo. Somewhat dated, but clean. The property is managed by Vacasa, which was a little weird. We couldn’t get towels at the front desk after using the hot tub. Otherwise, would stay there again.

Stay was good but got locked out for about 1hr because key did not work the 2nd day.

Had problem with getting into unit the 2nd day because the key did not work. other than that it was a good stay

-Insecure check in (envelope sitting on outside table) - front desk worker says “If something isn’t right do not ask me” - immediately upon entering the entry way light does not work & we are greeted with the smell of a grandparents closet. - App pictures are nothing like what the condo is - stained dark brown shag carpet - MOLD in closet -MOLD in shower - MOLD in the bedding -bed covers are not duvets as pictured, rather cheap uncleaned polyester comforters -No hand soap provided except for one bar in guest bathroom - shower will fill up to your ankles before the water even gets hot (no matter the orientation of the drain lever) -The entire condo besides the bathrooms kitchen and entry way are only lit by single lamps. We contacted Retretia (property owners/managers) about the issues. Before hearing any correspondence back they knock and open the door while my girlfriend is alone in the room and proceed to tell her none of what we see is mold as they spray and wipe down with bleach (It disappeared with bleach just like mold does). They did fix the light which was nice (you need every bulb there), however, the shower went unfixed which was a bummer. I felt too bad to ask for more soap so we just used shampoo as hand soap until we found the hidden body soap bar. All in all I am super bummed with the stay and I feel very taken advantage of. (AFTER TALKING WITH LOCALS IN TOWN, RETRETIA IS KNOWN FOR PREDATORY ADS LIKE THIS ONE)

Small, outdated, but close to skiing!

Our stay at Ski Inn got the job done. Fortunately there was a lot of snow so the ski trail to the mountain worked just fine. It's an easy hike to the top of the hill then ski down to the gondola. On the way back to the unit, you'll need to take the Christy chair else you will have a hike up to the trail to get back to the condo. We tried it both ways and we're pretty fit so it worked for us. It's a small outdated unit but the other reviews were pretty spot on with that. The building and the unit smell quite musty. The single queen bed is quite hard (might work for you but not for us) and the two single beds were more confortable. It was mostly quiet (some noise at night on the east side). There are a lot of stairs coming in and going out. The unit was quite hot when we arrived so we turned the thermostat down quite low and the unit was comfortable thereafter. We also ran out of water on the first day my guess is because the boiler is small for four people showering, cooking, washing hands, etc.These days staying in Steamboat is quite expensive. If you are willing to deal with the challenges I mentioned, and your biggest motivation is just skiing power like only Steamboat can deliver, then you will be just fine with this place.

The Condo was nice, good space, nice furnishings, comfortable beds, good location on the mountain. However, AC is desperately needed. Although the listing discloses no AC, the unit was 87 degrees at night and entirely unbearable. Fortunately, the last night was a bit cooler. The fans in the unit did not help much. The kitchen was filthy when we arrived. Kitchen counters and tables were covered in syrup (or something sticky) and we had to clean them.

3 flights of stairs. 4 if you include the treck from the parking lot. Great location with a short ski down to the base area. 2 Squeaky queen beds and a single. Carpet from 1974. Utilitarian.

Room for improvement

Lighting was terrible, fireplace and hot water heater didn't work initially (maintenance came and fixed on day 2), mag strip keys stopped working and there's no way to reprogram them after hours (front desk closes at 4 or 5?), TV in the bedroom never worked (powered up, tried all inputs, followed instructions, just didn't work). Other than that, it was great.
