PENDO 3 apartment with 4 bedrooms, sea view, close to beaches and Dubrovnik

This is a spacious apartment (126 m2) located in the charming town Mlini within 5 minutes walking distance to beaches. It takes just 10-15 minutes drive to Dubrovnik on one side and Cavtat on the other side.
It is a perfect apartment for family meetings and holidays at a beach. It takes about 5-10 minutes walking to reach various beaches, bars, restaurants, water-sports, etc.
We have a private parking in front of our house, which you are free to use.

This sea view apartment can accommodate up to 9 person in 4 double rooms.
Three bedrooms have air-condition and access to a sea view balcony (16m2), while one bedroom has a fan and large windows to ensure enough daylight and fresh air.
There are three bathrooms available, each with a toilet, washbasin and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need for preparing a delicious meal (two refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stove, toaster, cutlery, crockery).

The dining area is located in the same room as the kitchen. A SmartTv is also available in this area.

This four bedroom apartment has 2 large terraces; one at the back of the house with garden view and a BBQ (20m2), and one at the entrance of the apartment with sea view (50m2).

From the port in Mlini you can take a boat trip to the old town of Dubrovnik or one of the boat trips to the surrounding islands. A local bus stop is about a 3-minute walk from our house. Public buses run every 0.5h-1h to Dubrovnik on one side and Cavtat on the other (20 minutes in each direction). If you arrive with your own vehicle, you can reach Dubrovnik and Cavtat within 10-15 minutes. Various water sports are within walking distance from our house.
The only shopping mall in Dubrovnik is also located in this area (about 900m away). A small grocery shop is distanced 30m from our house, a bakery 40m and a restaurant 20m.

Outstanding apartment with lots of outdoor space

We stayed for a week in tjis property and would highly recommend it. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. The bedrooms were lovely, three had balconies, air-conditioning and ensuite facilities which we appreciated. The location is perfect for the beach and access to Dubrovnik, and there's a good choice of restaurants nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely return to stay again in this property and recommend it highly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Beautiful View

Clean. We had everything we needed (one hair dryer, heat, clothes washer, oven but no microwave, drip coffee pot), and the host was always available for questions and tips. Beds comfortable. Soft squishy pillow. We spent a week and went to the Old Town most days. Bus 2,90pp runs infrequently, but Uber/Bolt (11-17) very quick, even though a couple missed it. If you pass Forno Restaurant, you have gone too far. Walk to beach, small store (except Sundays), bakery, five restaurants. Receipt required to return bottles and crate to Studenac store. Count your change.

Spacious apartment with a wonderful view.

We had a great holiday here, the apartment is very spacious with lovely big beds and nice cotton bedding and pillows. From the apartment you can walk everywhere including getting the water taxi to Dubrovnik Old City and charming Cavtat, everything including getting shopping etc. is very convenient. The owners live downstairs and are very helpful, Maria has excellent English and responds to e-mails and texts very promptly- a rarity these days and very much appreciated, thank you Maria! Perfect stay

The apartment was brilliantly situated, 5 mins from the beach, near a small supermarket and bakery and on the bus route from Dubrovnik to Cavtat. The area is extremely safe. The apartment was spotless, pristine bedding and very comfortable mattresses. The views from the terraces were lovely. Communication with Maria was spot on. They are a very nice family and clearly very good at what they do. Instant email replies and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday let.

Superb stay

This property was perfect for us (6 adults and one teen). Highlights were it was spacious and clean, great WiFi and AC. Lovely outdoor area with different places to sit and bbq. Pretty garden with resident tortoises. Sound proofing was good between rooms and outside for those who wanted to go early to bed. Mlini is a perfect location too with ease of access to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by water taxis or bus but better beaches than both. Several lovely beaches 10 mins away. Small supermarket very close. Big supermarket easily walkable too. Inexpensive to get Uber everywhere. Maria and her family were always on hand to meet our needs and give us great advice on places to go and things to do. Couldn't fault this place. Would definitely return if back in Mlini again.

GIRLS HOLIDAY

Apartment was spotless and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday. Maria was more than helpful and so friendly, made us feel at home exceeding our expectations! Staying between Dubrovnik and Cavtat was perfect. Used ubers to get around. Milni was perfect too, a gorgeous bay with enough bars and restaurants for a good night out. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly recommend this accommodation!

Great Stay

Wonderful week

Super stay walking distance to the conference we attended at the Sheraton Riviera. Host family was so attentive to our comfort and made the family laundry available to us since all of us were in need of the facility. Couldn't have asked for better hospitality and warmth. And it was right on the main highway, easy to find, though it might be wise to make the street number a bit more visible. My taxi driver had trouble seeing it at night when I first arrived. Otherwise perfect!

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Familie Pendo war richtig schön. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten auch zu jeder Tagszeit einen zuvorkommenden Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Möbel sehr gepflegt. Besser wie in jedem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden es jeder Familie empfehlen bei Familie Pendo zu Gast zu sein. Die Lage war genau wie beschrieben. Genauso wie die Wohnung. Für uns war es ein sehr gelungener Familien Urlaub in Mlini :)

Wonderful Time

We had the most wonderful time in Mlini. We had 7 in our party ages 10 through 62. The house was spacious enough that every family had there own bedroom and bath. Although it was chilly, the patio with the view was gorgeous! Three bedrooms look out over the water also. Maria was so good at communicating with us. Months before the trip she sent us pictures of events in the town. A week before she gave us schedules for Easter Mass and recommendations for places to eat. Maria and her family welcomed us when we arrived earlier than expected. Everything was clean and well stocked. The town of Mlini was great. A small shop and bakery are right around the corner. Playgrounds, restaurants, a beach and bars all within walking distance. We Ubered to old town Dubrovnik which was very easy. We could not have had a better vacation. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Literal perfection

The property itself is beautiful. The location is basically on top of two bakeries, 2 minutes from a small shop, 5 minutes from the beach, and an easy bus or ferry ride to Old Town.

awesome place for a family

This place is really nice - especially for a large family. The owners are so nice and welcoming and very helpful. The house is situated on a hill with an awesome view to the ocean and only 5 minutes of walking to the sea. Only 8-10 minutes from Dubrovnik city and very close to several good restaurants.

I can recommend this apartment with all my heart. This place was really value the money. Our host and her whole family were very friendly, hospitable and flexible. It was very easy to go and ask any silly question at almost any time and we always got help. A big bonus was the turtles who lived in the garden :) And also the good air conditioning. The neighborhood area had many stairways but still it was quite easy to move ahead. We were a party with 7 adults and 3- and 1-year old children. Vi var en familie på 6 voksne og 2 børn og der var god plads til alle både inden- og udendørs. Gode terrrasser med mulighed for både sol og skygge. Adgang til husets have med mulighed for at plukke til maden. Flere gode bademuligheder inden for gå afstand. Dejlig havudsigt fra vore værelser. Børnene havde meget fornøjelse af 4 skildpadder i haven. Vi giver vores bedste anbefalinger.

Brilliant

We arrived early and the apartment was all ready for us and Maria Jelena and Ivo were waiting to great us , even though the family live in the property below they do not intrude at all . The property was absolutely spotless and Jelena couldn't have done more for us she even gave us towels whenever we wanted . The apartment was brilliant really comfy beds and loads of hot water and plenty of room for everyone . Maria recommended a restaurant which we went to twice it was very reasonable and had good food .would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a lovely relaxing holiday .

AMAZING APARTMENT

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Pendo Apartments. Maria's parents, who live on the ground floor were charming, extremely hospitable and very helpful. The apartment bedrooms were air conditioned and each had their own balcony along with an en-suite shower room. The kitchen, although dated, provided all that you would required for a comfortable stay. The view each morning from the terrace was wonderful. This was an ideal location between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with the advantage of a water taxi to either location or to to nearby islands. Dubrovnik was not the easiest nor the best place to try and park so the water taxi is ideal to deliver you direct to the old city. Maria's parents also were 'market gardeners' growing a variety of fruit from Tomatoes to Grapes to Kiwi fruit and the sloping garden was typically Mediterranean - a wonderful place. I would highly recommend this apartment
