Esta casa de vacaciones ofrece una comodidad excepcional durante 10 + 2 aquellos que aprecian el lujo y comodidad. Derecha de la entrada, la casa le sorprenderá con sus colores alegres y elegante decoración de interiores. Pero la verdadera "WOW" efecto viene la primera vez que paso en la sala de estar donde nuestra piscina infinita es la conexión con el mar Adriático.

Villa Ivana se establece en tres plantas y dispone de 5 dormitorios separados, cada habitación es con baño privado. Cada una de las habitaciones está equipada con un armario, mesitas de noche con silla, televisión vía satélite y todas ellas disponen de aire acondicionado. En la planta baja se encuentran el cuarto de baño sala de estar, comedor, cocina y aseo,
De todas las partes de la planta baja se puede llegar a la zona de fácil piscina, zona de barbacoa y jardín.

Family Trip

First time in Croatia. Here with 3 adult children my brother and my husband. Total of 6. Plenty of space Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Host was very responsive and attentive. Answered texts at any time. Arranged for a fabulous day on the water. House was very clean! Lacked paper products like napkins and paper towels. Only negative. Pool and outside area very clean and well kept furniture. Stocked kitchen and tons of dishes. We only had 6 but this place could easily fit double that Close walk to to beach and plenty of good restaurants in Mlini. Uber ride to old town was about 20 minutes. We loved it here so much!

21st birthday trip

A big group of us stayed in this villa in mid-late April for Easter. The villa fit us all perfectly and we ended up spending so much time here out by the pool and cooking with the grill and enjoying meals at the large outdoor table. The views from each bedroom are absolutely stunning and the inside of the villa is very clean and organized as well. The hosts were very communicative with helping us sort out arrivals and departures as well as providing recommendations in the area for activities and restaurants. They were truly so kind. This neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the perfect distance from old town and the airport. Truly one of the easiest, best stays I've had in Europe. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering this stay. The value for the price is unbelievable.

Amazing Villa

We were a family of 7 adults and this was 1 of 4 European cities that we visited and by far the favorite! We will definitely be coming back. Ivana was very helpful and arranged to have a private chef come in our first night. She also arranged to have Josep pick us up when we arrived. Josep was so helpful and so much fun. He really made our trip for us. He was almost always available to pick us up and helped arrange dinner reservations and gave some incredible recommendations. The place itself was amazing and so beautiful! I wish we had more time there. We loved hanging out in the pool and the view was incredible. I can't say enough about the whole experience.

Beautiful villa

The view from the villa was amazing and all 5 bedrooms were of a really good size with en-suite. Well equipped with everything we wanted for a stay and very clean. Location was a short walk to two lovely towns and there was an excellent restaurant with seafood recommended by Josip within walking distance down the hill. What made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of Ivana & Josip who looked after us from day 1 when we were picked up from the airport. Josip was a pleasure to deal with and always went above and beyond including a memorable trip to Montenegro and a stop at a oyster and mussel farm. Ivana is super helpful and responsive and provided lots of excellent recommendations and helped organise a boat trip for the day which I would highly recommend. Thank you for making our family holiday so special.

Family Villa in Mlini

Lovely villa with wonderful views across the bay of Mlini. Great location, lovely beaches and restaurants. Also ideally positioned for exploring Dubrovnik, Bosnia & Montenegro. Ivana’s communication and support before and during our stay was exceptional and having Josip as a tour guide was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Incredible

The villa was absolutely stunning with spectacular views, the location perfect, and the host and their helpers were the cherry on the top. Joseph the driver picked us up and took and collected us from anywhere with just 20 mins notice at any time on any day, he went above and beyond to make our stay easy. it was like having a personal driver advising us the best places to go and all for little cost. Croatia itself was heavenly and the people kind and friendly, the service was top notch everywhere we went. Will definitely be going back and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Amazing view

The view from the house on the sea was amazing. Josip and Ivana were very helpful. It‘s not so easy to reach the house with a van, because of the narrow and steep roads.

Fabulous setting with amazing view

We had a lovely relaxing stay in Villa Ivana. Two families of ten so we had plenty of space. I could sit by the pool all day and just look out, it’s beautiful. The Villa itself is a maximum 10 min walk down to the beach and Mlini itself, which is lovely. Nice cafes for lunch and breakfast and water activities. It’s a different walk on the way back as there are lots of steps so not great for very small children. We didn’t mind the steps, it may not suit everyone. Mlini is a lovely area, lovely little beaches and nice cafes and some restaurants too. Cavtat is a 10/15 minute drive away which is fabulous and well worth a visit. It’s beautiful. Dubrovnik is stunning, we went for dinner there two nights. It’s nice to stay outside of Dubrovnik where it’s quieter. The Villa itself was lovely but needs a little maintenance work. There were some broken handles on bedroom and bathroom doors. The glass bathroom walls are different!! The outside area needs some attention. It did not look as tidy and well maintained as it did on the photos. We got collected by Josip from the airport and he then waited for us while we dropped off our luggage to bring us to the supermarket. He was so nice and very helpful. Any of the restaurants and places of interest he told us about were really good. He brought us to wherever we wanted to go and we could phone or text him whenever we wanted to be collected. He was fantastic and so helpful. The Villa is overlooked by other villas/apartments which are very close but we didn’t mind that. Definitely no need to hire a car. So overall I would recommend this Villa and our host Ivana was super nice and helpful and nothing was a problem for her.

Family Holiday in Dubrovnik

The views from Villa Ivana are better than advertised. Every bedroom has the same view, and I could sit in that pool and stare over the bay for hours. We were a party of 5 adults, and to be honest, the house could comfortably hold 9 or 10 adults. I would recommend renting a boat for a day and cruise around the Adriatic, and I would definitely recommend hiring a personal chef to cook you a meal in the villa. It was one of the best meals we had on our vacation. Can't recommend this villa enough.

EXECLLENT!!

what a "WOW" moment when walking in and seeing the villa...the views are amazing.....very clean and it had everything we needed. Ivana was the perfect host and arranged all our excursions with the best people. She was lovely and also set us up with a private chef for our last night there. Josip - our driver for most of the trip - was knowledgeable and funny and such a pleasure to spend time with. Thank you...we loved Croatia! We will be back!

Family Trip & Memories in Mlini Croatia

Breathtaking house & views from this villa and the most amazing and accommodating host, Ivana! She arranged trips for 8-10 people to Dubrovnik Old Town, Wineries, Montenegro as well as airport shuttles and grocery trips. We were fortunate to have Josip to provide the transportation along with being a tour guide. His tours, knowledge and passion of the rich history of the area were outstanding! The excursions and stay were more than perfect and this stunning villa is highly recommended!! Also, Chef Nick prepared an amazing meal for the family for another memorable night. This week will hold a lifetime of memories for this family of 10 who were fortunate enough to stay here. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Amazing Villa

It is always scary going to a foreign country staying at a property that looked amazing on line, not knowing if it will remotely resemble the pictures once you arrive. Villa Ivana is even better than the pictures on line, with spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea and the Melini beachfront. And the property manager Ivana is pretty much the best concierge ever. And a very nice lady. She set us up with transportation, day trips to Dubrovnik, guided tour of Kotor in Montenegro, tour boat, and best of all, with a private chef who came and prepared dinner at the Villa on 2 different nights. Easily the best meals we had in Croatia were by the private chef. The Villa itself is well maintained. Many days we spent hours just hanging out at the infinity pool with the incredible views. The Villa was spacious and quiet, and the kitchen had everything necessary to have meals at home. We had a great stay.

I've traveled a lot and Ivana is the best host ever!

Villa Ivana in Mlini gives you the VIP services at a reasonable price. I organized a trip for my group of 8 adults and 3 children in Dubrovnik. We stayed for 11 nights in April of 2019. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. Our trip was nothing short of amazing and that was because of Ivana and her beautiful home. We booked this villa in November 2018 and had 5 months to plan the trips, food, transport. None of this would have been possible without Ivanas help. She communicated and helped us plan the whole thing. We felt like VIP's. Her property was beautiful and immaculately clean. The house had everything you could possibly need. My one regret was not listening to Ivana. We rented a car in addition to the van and driver through her for the group. The car was not necessary. The driveway was not ideal and there was no parking or expensive parking in the city. It was cheaper and more convenient to use the transport that she was happy to arrange. For a small fee they do airport transport, transport to grocery store, trips and anywhere else. It was especially helpful to have Ivana available by phone or text every step of the way. It was like a private concierge. No task was too big or small for Ivana to help. She even picked up and dropped off our sim cards. It was so helpful because we got to enjoy our vacation without worrying about the smaller details. Ivana arranged a private Game of Thrones/ history tour for us in the old city. She arranged a private boat tour to the local popular islands and a private tour to Montenegro. Upon request, Ivana made sure there were car seats for the 3 children. The driver was also a tour guide who made sure that we didn't miss anything. The best part was, that when compared to group pricing on trip adviser this came out cheaper. It was so helpful to have a Ivana, a local, plan and negotiate the trip. All the picture on the site do not do this home justice. I have rented homes all over the world and know that many properties use photography magic to make their home look better that what it is. Villa Ivana was the opposite. As beautiful as the home was in the pictures it was so much more beautiful in real life. I can not recommend this home enough. I travel yearly and do not think any future accomodation can hold a stick to this one. Thank you again Ivana. Any future guest is so lucky to have you making sure their vacation is amazing.

Best villa in Dubrovnik and best host ever!

We are very often travelers and we aleays choose villas over hotels. As we been to a good number of villas in our time and I have to say, this place is amazing. It's incredibly beautiful, all spaces are extremely well designed and clean, like artwork, plus I think this villa has just about everything you could want, amazing views, infinity pool and owner will organize everthing you want. She (Ivana) is very attentive without being too intrusive, plus she were extremely friendly and helpful, very professional and accommodating! She arranged chef for us, excursion to montenegro, she even design excursion for you and give driver instructions. I would say she coustomize our excursion. She is making restaurant reservations for us and her reccomendations are best. The view from each bedroom is breathtaking. Kitchen is very well equiped and in villa you have everything you need. Our vacation was amazing, villa is 5*, Ivana is 10* and only problem is that we can’t take Ivana home with us. We will come back this year again! J.

Amazing view and great service from Ivana

I would definitely recommend this villa, the view is great, the villa is good size, with good size bedrooms, although a bit of privacy in some of the bathrooms would be nice. The walk to the seafront takes about 15mins and crosses some wasteland and a very busy toad; but not to much problem. The villa needs a little bit of tender love and care but generally good. Ivana was amazing and so helpful, as was Josip our minibus driver who took us anywhere we needed to go. Would recommend going out on a boat to some islands. We hired s car so that we had flexibility for shopping etc, but you don’t really need one; very steep driveway may put a few people off. Once again Croatia was beautiful!!!!

Beautiful villa - we were very impressed

Villa Ivana is amazing! The view is simply stunning, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are all great sizes, the kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of chairs & sun loungers. Our party of 9 people could not have been happier and our host Ivana could not have been more helpful – from arranging numerous taxis, to ordering us a pizza takeway one night. We had thought about hiring a car but after reading a few other reviews we decided against this – and we are so glad we didn’t bother as the hill up to the villa is quite narrow and steep. Instead, Ivana arranged taxis for our airport transfers, to the supermarket, and down into the bay of Mlini where we got water taxis over to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. We had the most wonderful holiday in Mlini and would not hesitate to come again. Thank you Ivana! xx
