Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire private cottage including free parking and large back yard.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

Free parking with 2 marked parking spaces in front.
Parking is not allowed on the street
Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
