-CHECK IN IS 4 P.M. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. (EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT UNAVAILABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS)

-MINIMUM RENTER AGE IS 25, PROOF OF AGE REQUIRED. Guest age 25 or older must be residing at the property for the duration of the stay.

-NON SMOKING Property

-No pets allowed (Building Policy)

-No Motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers allowed.

-Daily housekeeping service is not provided

-One roll of toilet paper, dish soap and one roll of paper towels are provided in a starter bag.

-One parking space permitted.

-This property has a doorbell camera.

-No elevator at this property, steps required to get to entry.

-Drip coffee maker in unit.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Our central location makes getting to the best attractions in town a breeze.  There is parking available for only 1 VEHICLE - please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are also readily available.

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
