We truly appreciate you choosing our cabin for your family ski trip, and we’re so glad to hear the kids had a blast in the terrain parks and that the game room was a highlight for everyone! We always aim to provide a smooth and comfortable experience, and we take all feedback seriously. Regarding the hot tub, I was contacted after it had been accidentally overfilled during use, which can temporarily shut down the motor as a built-in safety feature. This has happened before, and once the system is allowed to fully dry, it safely resets and operates normally — which it did the following morning, with no technician required. We were happy to assist right away and guide them through the simple reset process. We also appreciate your notes on storage and will absolutely keep those in mind as we continue making thoughtful improvements to the space. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a future stay — hopefully with fresh powder next time! All my best, Brigitte
