Desirable location near Sumter Landing

Freshly updated in 2022! Fabulous location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home minutes to Sumter Landing in the Village of Winifred. We have an immaculate 1,900 sq ft home freshly painted with new luxury vinyl throughout. Our home features a sizeable eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and loads of cabinetry. The living space is open concept with an adjoining dining room and has patio doors to the screened in lanai. Popular floor plan with principle bedroom on one side of home and separate wing with 2 additional bedrooms on other side of main living area. Spacious primary bedroom with comfortable king bed, huge walk in closet and 4 piece bath with ample cabinetry. Second king room and third bedroom has two twin beds. All new linens, bath and beach towels.

High speed Wi-Fi and cable tv are included. HD Smart TVs are in the primary bedroom and the living room. In-house washer/dryer. There is central A/C and multiple ceiling fans for your comfort. The kitchen has a Keurig, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer, etc. Very well stocked.

Also included is a 4 seater gas golf cart (the best way to travel in The Villages). Propane BBQ grill with all utensils.

Minutes to Laurel Manor pool and Recreation Centre, Lake Miona, Palmer Legends Country Club, Bridgeport Pool & Rec Center, Winn-Dixie and numerous shops and restaurants of Sumter.

Our Florida home is very clean, quiet and well equipped and we are happy to share it with you!

Return Visit to The Villages

This property was exactly as described. No surprises here! It was fantastic and the house was clean and well supplied. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our emails, texts and calls. I highly recommend this property. The neighbors were very friendly too!

The Villages is a magical place and this property added to the magic

I've been to the Villages many times, but this was my first time renting a place. Everything was exactly as described in the text and shown in the photos. Everything was totally clean and we didn't feel anything was missing from the house. We loved using the golf cart to get around. And the location of the property was perfect for golf cart rides to Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone going to the Villages.

Great vacation stay, despite hurricane Milton.

My wife and I had a great two weeks in 1870 Provence Ct. The location, which is about 6-8 minutes by car or cart from Sumter Town Square is brilliant. The house is well furnished and equipped and very clean and tidy. The Winifred location is also quiet and peaceful, which is great for a relaxed time. We had a lovely time there, despite having hurricane Milton passing through on our 3rd and 4th days in the house. The only downside of our vacation (nothing to do with the house) was that the hurricane closed ALL golf courses for the remainder of our stay. A bit unfortunate for a golfing focussed vacation !! Indeed the house is in a sheltered location which did not suffer at all due to the exceptional weather. Finally, Shawn was an exceptional host, providing lots of help and advice before and during our stay. In conclusion, this was a 5-star stay and is highly recommended.

Great Location and Home

We had a wonderful stay in The Villages. This home is conveniently located near Sumter Landing. The master suite was perfect with a King size bed and having a TV for late night viewing without disturbing the rest of the house. Kitchen was well stocked. Took our own beach towels but there was no need for that because the ones supplied were very nice. We enjoyed opening the plantation blinds in the morning and watching the Sandhill Cranes mosey around eating and the gecko climb the shephards hook each morning. Golf cart with seating for 4 was an added bonus. The Villages App has been updated since our last trip a few years ago and the navigation with the golf cart worked well. Molly (property manager) stopped by with great tips and answered questions. Comfortable clean and convenient, will rent again if available next time we visit The Villages. Loved the neighborhood pool, very friendly folks.

Great Location. Everything we needed

Very clean and well stocked home in The Villages near Road 466 & Buena Vista Ave. Easy check-in/check-out. Owners we’re very responsive. It had everything we needed without any clutter. We would definitely come back again.
