Had we been aware of these concerns during your visit, we would have been more than happy to address them right away. For instance, while it is true that the thermostat is covered with a transparent case, if we had known of your discomfort, we would have informed you that the case is never locked and therefore the thermostat is easily accessible. As hosts, whenever we are around, we usually stay in the garage turned efficiency. As such, we go to great lengths to ensure that our presence is as unobtrusive as possible so as not to interfere, in any way, with the privacy of our guests or their enjoyment of the property. Our top priority, as hosts, is to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our guests, and we are available to assist in any way we can.
