This studio unit in a mixed-use restaurant & residential building on the southern end of the boardwalk commercial zone is located across the street from the busiest parking lot along Venice Beach. Just one block North of Venice Blvd & near the paddle tennis courts! Just steps to the famous Abbot Kinney & within short driving distance to downtown Santa Monica!
Cozy and inviting, feel perfectly at home in this studio unit. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, and even t hose who in the city for business!
The ground-floor currently features two restaurants - Ocean Front Kitchen and Poki-Poke.
This unit has studio which features a comfortable king-sized bed.
You don't have to worry because guests will be provided with sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels and a washer & a dryer!
A high-speed WiFi with up to 40MB of data and a TV with Netflix access are all provided during your stay!
There is 1 free parking spot at the back side of the building.

Your pet are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
