The apartment has everying you need from a fully equipped kitchenette to a comfy queen bed and living room area with streaming TV! Free parking space included!

Enter into the studio via the private entrance and you'll have the living room area to your right with a comfy couch and a TV with streaming Roku (Netflix included!). To the left is a queen bed with a dresser and a large closet. Near the back of the room is the brand new kitchenette fully equipped with a 2 burner cooktop, fridge, and microwave. Toaster oven and coffee maker are also included. There is a full private bathroom for you as well. outside is a shared patio area with a table that has a n ocean view!

Guest has access to the entire apartment, the parking space, the shared laundry room, and the shared patio.

You'll have the whole place to yourself, but I'm always available if you need anything at all.

The perfect location! You're just 30 seconds walk to the beach in Marina del Rey, in a quiet part of the Marina Peninsula, but you're also just 3 blocks to Washington Blvd, where you'll find restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Venice Pier!

Uber or Walk is the easiest! But you do have parking for 1 car if you need it, and you're just a few blocks from the bus route on Washington. It's also easy to rent a bike or a bird scooter and see all of Venice, Santa Monica, and The Marina!

The studio has 1 queen bed. An extra twin mattress is available by request.
