Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this incredibly located home nestled in the beautiful Palouse. You would be just few minutes to grocery shopping, 5 minutes to the downtown Moscow, 7 minutes to the Kibbie Dome and 12 miles to WSU Martin Stadium. If you enjoy the outdoors or more incredible views, you can hop on the Latah Trail .2 miles away, which connects all the way to Pullman, Washington and Troy, Idaho.

This home is new construction and offering many gathering spaces including two family rooms, kitchen and outdoor patio. The open concept floor plan is bright and airy and allows for indoor and outdoor cooking and convening. You can spend your days relaxing on the patio appreciating the views and your evenings enjoying the country lifestyle of hot tubbing under the stars and gathering over a fire. If your family enjoys playing games, there is a ping-pong table set up in one of the family rooms.

Your overnight stay is important to me! The bedrooms have brand new plush bedding, high thread count sheets and comfortable down pillows. Each room has been recently redecorated and has spacious closets.

In the master bathroom, you can enjoy a soaking bathtub while watching one of your favorite shows or just relaxing enjoying the views.

Whether you are in town to visit family, attend a University game, explore the incredible outdoors, this home will give you a cozy, clean, comfortable home away from home!

Daughter’s graduation weekend

This is a very clean open home that was perfect for our daughter’s WSU grad weekend. The BBQ and kitchen were perfect for our family dinners and the ping pong table offered fun games. Highly recommend

The house was perfect for our family to stay in during the college graduation for my granddaughter. The house was clean and large enough that there were private areas if needed. The host was very accommodating with any needs and/or questions we had. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

What a wonderful home to stay in when visiting the colleges. The home is spacious, convenient and comfortable with fantastic amenities. The host was so thoughtful and welcoming which just made the stay even better. We’ll absolutely visit again.

Perfect Place for Family

This is a beautiful home with great spaces and amenities. Everyone from adults to kids were comfortable. The property is exceptionally kept and in an excellent neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again. Owner was incredibly helpful and a 5 star communicator! Hot tub and ping pong table were crowd favorites!

Perfect getaway

This incredible house is what is advertised. A few minutes from town but feels like you are in the beautiful rolling hills. The beds are so comfortable and the living space is amazing for people to spread out and enjoy all the activities provided. The host was so attentive and caring. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We stayed 2 nights for our son’s graduation from WSU. Lots of room for our group of 7. We enjoyed the outdoor space with corn hole, fire pit, grill and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen for cooking our celebration dinner. 15-20 minutes away from WSU. Lots of options for eating in Moscow. Easy communication with the host. Would stay again if I ever find myself in the area.

Amazing!

The house was amazing and well equipped. We enjoyed evenings around the backyard fire pit and, although we didn’t use the hot tub, it was gorgeous. Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed there and for family that came over for dinner. Tony, the owner was very communicative and helpful. The overall experience was terrific and helped make our UI graduation weekend a huge success!

20 Year Moscow Reunion

We had an amazing time in Moscow! The property was located just outside the craziness of campus but close enough to catch a game with ease, Go Vandals! The home is clean and well supplied with anything you may need. The layout is great for groups or families, with the bedrooms split by the kitchen and 2 large living spaces. There is also plenty of room for parking and ample outside space to enjoy the patio and the lovely view of the Palouse. Owner was incredible to work with, even after part of our group arrived early he went out of his way to get us into the home quickly and to help make our stay amazing!

Parents weekend reprieve

Ideal place to stay during WSU parents weekend! For just a short drive, we adults got to maximize visiting w/our students, then had a beautiful, quiet, clean, comfortable home to wind down at. Sitting in the hot tub and playing ping pong were fun bonuses. The roomy kitchen allowed us to make brunch and have our kids join us. (Bonus: avoiding the crowded restaurants on parents weekend.) It's obvious that a lot of thought went into outfitting this house, making it feel like home, not a cold hotel room. We missed the Moscow farmer's market this time (late in season) and look forward to future trips at other times of the year. Tony is an attentive owner, going out of his way to ensure our comfort and needs. It was such a great experience, that we have more weekends booked.

Memories we will cherish for a lifetime

We were extremely happy to find this VRBO rental property and it met all of our expectations! Our nephew is in his senior year at Washington State and was playing football in the Apple Cup at Martin Stadium which is located 20 minutes away from the property. It was also Thanksgiving weekend as well as my mom’s birthday so we had family coming in from Hawaii that weekend. This house served as a gathering place for us and we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving, Grandma’s birthday, the Apple Cup as well as good quality family time. Thank you Tony for being such a fabulous host! This house provided us with warmth, comfort as well as memories we will cherish for a lifetime! Mahalo Nui Loa Me Ke Aloha Pumehana! From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!!!

Tony was the absolute best host. The home was very clean, had plenty of space for our family and our celebration. We will book again for the next family weekend and graduation if we are able. It was so wonderful to be able to cook meals and spend time - and the young adults loved the hot tub!

Fantastic house, close to campus

Our host was over and above in communication and making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He communicated frequently and with a wealth of information which made everything extremely easy. The place was immaculate and exceeded our expectations, even better than described! All of the amenities were working and in top shape, the place was extremely clean the beds comfortable and the furnishings lacked nothing! We would definitely choose to stay in this place again for all these reasons and more, a big thank you to Tony!

Great stay

Tony's place was ideal for our group. We enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and open format to hang out and socialize. As well, it was very conveniently located near Moscow. Tony was great to work with and accommodated all our needs.

This property is great for a single family or multiple families to enjoy. There are tv’s in the main rooms and one out on the patio that can allow you to watch games or movies from the hot tub or around the fire pit on the porch. The ping pong table makes for endless fun and is in a great space to be able to interact as a group or just to play one on one.

This location is in the country with spectacular views of the wheat fields and Tomer Butte. It is in a quiet peaceful area that will allow you to enjoy and relax without any commotion of traffic or neighbors. It is located about 3 minutes from Safeway and local fast food restaurants if you need something quickly or on the go. There is also a backway to beat the traffic to get to the dome for Vandal game day and located a mile from the new hockey rink.
