This loft is located in a lively Downtown Detroit neighborhood. This industrial building was converted from an old coat factory into industrial lofts. The walls and floors are not sound proof so guest can expect to hear neighbors from time to time.

If you are looking for a 100% noise free stay, this loft may not fit your needs.

This space is also great for photo shoots, content recording and business meetings as well.

We loved our stay. The loft space was exactly what we expected. The pipes are loud, you can hear the neighbours, and a curtain rod fell while we were out, but I also wouldn't change a thing. I happily stay here again.

Good space for our time in beautiful Detroit! The loft was a bit off the beaten path but had a nice 15-20 min walk along the waterfront to the people mover and Woodward Ave. Not well insulated for sound as mentioned in other reviews, was only really a problem one night we were there with whoever was upstairs. Felt secure. Two flights of stairs FYI. Hallways did smell like weed, but not the inside of the unit.

The unit was overall as described. 420 friendly and you could definitely smell it throughout the building. The floors are not soundproof and when we walked in we thought someone had left a TV on somewhere in the space because the sound was so loud and clear, but it was coming from the unit above ours. Again, these are mentioned in the description and not at all the fault of the owners, but we thought both were a little more bothersome than we expected. Other than that, the space was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. Check in and parking were both easy.

Welcoming and responsive host. Good location and easy check in. Only thing to really be aware of is that the building is 420 friendly which was not overwhelming but smelled a bit like weed throughout the loft. There was a candle on the countertop but i couldn't find a lighter.

The property is located in a shared residential apartment building, and while we maintain our unit to a high standard, we do not have control over neighboring units. As with most multi-unit buildings, occasional odors from other residences can sometimes travel through shared ventilation systems. We were not notified of this concern during the stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to address it in real time. We remain committed to providing a clean, well-maintained space and encourage guests to communicate any issues so we can assist promptly

Loft was clean and had everything we needed. Only minor complaint which the owner really cannot control but it smelled very strongly of marijuna from one of the near by apartments. It just permeated throughout the whole building.

Perfect get away!!

I loved our stay, it was clean and homey. The only thing is the water in the bathroom took some time to heat up. Overall, it was perfect for a short trip.

Extremely comfortable bed! I really enjoyed my stay. The building has character and is obviously older but the loft itself is beautiful and very comfortable. I was able to walk to breweries and other downtown activities were a short uber away. Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as pictured, very comfortable and interesting history! Check in was different but the host provided detailed instructions. The neighbors were a little noisy overnight but, overall, great experience!
