Perfect location for our needs

We don’t need to be near the Vegas entertainment areas so this home is perfect for our needs when we visit our family that lives in LV.

My first Vrbo experience and it was great. Clean, nice home in a quiet neighborhood with a responsive host. Close enough to strip and Allegiant Stadium to enjoy Super Bowl weekend.

This was a great property. It was nice and clean. Location close to restaurants. 20 minutes from Vegas. Slept well with huge primary bedroom and closet. I would stay here again!

PAC 12 tournament

Stayed here and had a great time. Nice quiet location. We did not spend a lot of time at the house because we spent most of out time at the basketball tournament, but we enjoyed the house.

Home was adequate for our 6 day stay. Only major problem was there were only 2 bath towels in the home. We had to buy towels for our stay.

A week long stay

The house is beautiful! We felt at home. We had a small hiccup but the owner responded right away. The listing says hot tub but we never saw it. . The house is in a great location and not super far from anything. I'd recommend this house 110%!!

Family wedding

The property was spacious and worked perfectly for 8 adults and 3 children ages 1/12, 3 and 6.: Elaine was gracious enough to allow the extra person. She answered all questions promptly and the location allowed easy access to everything we needed. I would just recommend a few more towels,but otherwise the property was exceptional.

Great Vegas Quiet Family Getaway Home

Perfect getaway home in a nice quiet neighborhood that’s clean, new and welcoming. Stayed at this perfectly sized house with my sister, her boyfriend and my husband and 3 boys ages 6, 17 and 20. We definitely will book this house again. Elaine the hostess is wonderful and welcoming also. Love all the positive sayings throughout the house. What an awesome way to bring in the new year. Beautiful house in a peaceful neighborhood

House is pretty new and in a peaceful neighborhood. Elaine is a very friendly and responsive host. We were a group of 9 people including my in-laws and mine and my sister in-lwas family. We stayed for 11 nights. We all had a great time at the house. The master suite is the best part. Only concern we had was with the cleanliness of the floor throughtout and spiders in the front room specifically. That goes moatly to the cleaning folks though. Elaine did order us a vaccum cleaner when I brought the cleanliness issue. Overall it was a great memorable stay and trip for us.

The house was clean and close to our activities at the race track. Also close to a lot of restaurants, etc. which was nice.A few things in the house:1) Not a lot of towels and hard to find2) No soap in the house. Maybe this is how it normally works but we had to go out and buy soap3) The kitchen cabinets are falling off of the wall. Barely holding on with a few screws.4) When we first arrived, one of our party washed their hands (with dish soap) in the sink and it wouldn't drain. He then tried to use the garbage disposal to start the drain but that wouldn't run (jammed). He actually went and got our tools and fixed it. It now drains and the garbage disposal works.5) The biggest comment I would make is that the ad says 'Hot Tub'. My property search actually included that. After we reserved, I asked the host about it because there was no hot tub in the pictures. They said that it was actually a jet tub. I thought I must have misunderstood what that classification means on the app so I went forward with the rental (not a lot left by then). When we arrived, no jet tub. I feel like this was a misrepresentation that got us to rent where we wouldn't have since it didn't meet the original requirements. I just looked and the rental posting still lists hot tub. This feels purposeful at this point.I was honest and forthcoming with the host when we added to our guest count (and paid the additional fee) but I feel like I was deceived by the listing and the answers to my questions

Brand New Built Home tucked away just minutes away to the strip. This home is brand new and lots of amenities for your stay. There is a putting green in the backyard to use at your leisure. Fireplace in the dinning room with a 75 inch T.V. to watch movies or sports. If you want to play pool, cards, or games, the home has two lofts. One with a pool table and the other loft has T.V. to watch sports or play cards, or games. If you want to work and or relax - the upstairs sofa can also convert into a bed to sleep in. The home sleeps 10. Each additional guest after 4 guest, will be charge $40 each guest, for each night. Enjoy your stay and feel free to send me a message for any additional questions you may have.
