Like Being at Home

Great neighborhood with everything you need close by! Home was fully stocked with items required for a relaxing stay. Pool was a bonus! The host was an excellent communicator and made sure we were good! We will definitely be back!!

This is a very nice property, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It has numerous amenities, TV's in each room, and a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom. The pool was wonderful and a huge plus in the Las Vegas heat. The instructions provided for entrance were excellent. The communications with the property manager were first rate . The few questions we had were addressed very quickly. The house was clean and well maintained, inside and out, with a big refrigerator and gas cooking stove.

Great location

She enjoyed the place very much. It had all humanities and it's very close to stores and eating places. It was also just down straight from a casino. The neighborhood was fine. Since I lived in Vegas until 4 years ago, I chose this place specifically for its location. John was extremely easy to work with and the process was painless.

Great getaway with friends

We stayed over Labor Day weekend at this wonderful house. The pictures definitely do not do this house justice! The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The guest bedroom has a PlayStation 2 in it! The den has a twin bed with a trundle and it was a bit squeaky. The living room and dining room were well furnished with a big TV and surround sound. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. The highlight of this house is the pool which we enjoyed every day of our stay. There are outdoor speakers and an umbrella to help make the pool even more fun! We took advantage of the grill and had burgers for lunch one pool day! The neighborhood was nice and quiet although Las Vegas proper is about a 25 minute drive to the strip. That didn’t matter much for us because we booked this home for the pool. It is so close to a Smiths grocery store.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed the house very much. The bed was wonderful and the owner was amazing to work with. It was just in the perfect location. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace.

Amazing property!

This home is absolutely lovely and truly feels like a home away from home. The host is fantastic, responding promptly to any needs. They provide everything you could possibly need, from sunscreen to pool floats and toys, even a pump for them. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. If I find myself back in Vegas, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Great Place To Stay

The home was very nice, clean, and well stocked with items that made my stay cozy and comfortable. The pool was great and I enjoyed it each of my four days there. The master bed and bedding was also comfortable. I will definitely book this place again, and perhaps invite a couple of friends to join me.

Parks, Pool and Vegas Baby!

We spent a week at this fantastic home. This was the perfect place our family. The kids favorite part was the pool and swam twice a day while the adults enjoyed a beverage from the pool deck. The location is two hours from Death Valley, and 30-40' minutes from both Red Rock Canyon and Valley of Fire State park. We hit them all and created some wonderful memories. The house is located about 30' mn from both the airport and The Strip. The house is located very close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and a coffee shop. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, the owners were quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks creating the base for a wonderful trip!

An Amazing Way to Experience All That Vegas Has to Offer

Very satisfied with our recent stay at this property. We loved its location, its amenities, and its comfort. Our hosts were attentive and easily reached. The pool was an added plus that made my day. All in all 5 stars plus and more for the price and accessibility to everything the "strip" and Clark County has to offer. Great property and location

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive into town when we wanted to, but it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle as well. The property manager was great to deal with. He answered all my questions almost immediately. We will look this property up when we come back to Vegas again.

Book it! I would give 10 stars if I could.

This property was just perfect. Two adults and three teenage boys. We saved a ton of money doing meals at home vs eating out. You have everything you need. Safe area, respectful neighbors, lovely home. Large enough to have your own space, but cozy enough to all come together. The pool was great. Communication with property owner was great. Beds were comfortable. Some properties really skimp here…NOT here! Slept like a dream 😴 (this is important on vacation!) Great home base for area attractions (including the Grand Canyon) my only regret is not staying longer!!! If you are questioning it, don’t. PERFECT in every way. The pictures don’t do it justice. Little slice of heaven close to everything. Will stay here any time we come to Nevada, and look forward to visiting their other properties now too!

Relaxation at it’s best!

A planned family vacation was made all the better by staying in this Desert Oasis. We were able to visit many of the surrounding sites (Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Vegas strip) and then retreat to the relaxation of the in-ground pool. The house is very well-maintained with clear instructions throughout. The host proactively reached out to make sure everything was as expected and was very responsive. Our last day was a planned day of kayaking and, had I not pre-paid for the activity, I would have been over-ruled because everyone wanted to hang out at the house. I would recommend this home rental to anyone seeking to add to their vacation experience. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and there is abundant shopping near-by. Having a washer and dryer available was an added bonus as we were in and out of the pool frequently. The wifi signal was very strong and my youngest really enjoyed playing the PlayStation. All in all, a great vacation!

Vegas Family Vacation

This home was a perfect home base for our family of 6. The heated pool was enjoyed by all of us. The neighbourhood was quiet and very safe. Kitchen was very well appointed. Communication with the owner was stellar. No complaints at all, highly recommend.
