Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that is fully furnished. The backyard is completely fenced with a patio, seating and a BBQ. The garage is available to park in as well as the driveway. Street parking is also available. Be mindful of the mailboxes that are in front of the house. The finished room above the garage is off-limits and is used for storage only.

Better than Grandma’s house

Worked great as a home base for visiting family for the holidays. Easy access to anywhere in the rogue valley and folks could easily come to us too so we didn’t have to load the kids up to visit or eat

Wonderful Property

The vacation home surpassed our expectations. It was so clean and offered so many amenities. We were dead tired when we arrived and it was just great that the beds were so comfortable. I highly recommend!

Jill's house was the perfect place for my two cousins and I to spend 3 days in the area! Great response, beautiful and clean home. Everything we needed! Can't wait to return!

Great place!

We had six people in the home and it was more than enough room and very comfortable. The condition of the home was exactly what was shown in the photos which has not always been the case for us with other properties. It Is in a quiet neighborhood and close to just about everything. We will be back to the Medford area and would love to stay there again.

Best house ever!

Myself and 3 girl friends stayed for 2 nights at the wonderful home. Everyone agreed this was an amazing trip due in part because we enjoyed the house so much. The location was perfect, the house was clean and well stocked with everything a traveler might need. We will definitely return to this home soon…. And Jill the owner was so helpful.

Perfect in Every Way

The property was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you could ever need. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate in and out of. We had a busy schedule but were always happy to go back and unwind at the end of the day. This property is the perfect home away from home. Jill is a very thoughtful host who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Looking forward to our next visit to the PNW!

Comfortable, clean and cheery

This house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood but really centrally located to surrounding amenities. A beautiful and clean home - love the way it is decorated!! Jill was a great host. Her response time to any communication was almost instant.

A hidden gem in Southern Oregon

What a wonderful home with splendid charm. Jill is an extremely gracious host who communicates during your stay to ensure you are getting everything you need and more during your stay. We arrived to her home tastefully decorated for Christmas and loaded with snacks, water and coffee to enjoy. Thank you Jill and we will definitely be back!

Super cute home!

Me and my girlfriends stayed in this super cute home for our girl shopping getaway. Everything was very clean and nice. There was little extra goodies and treats that was a wonderful surprise. The home was stocked with anything and everything you could need! The owner is very responsive! We highly recommend this home for your next stay! We will definitely be booking again!

Another Great Stay!

We came back to the valley to meet our first grandson and the open floor plan made it easy for our daughter, grandson and son in law to visit and have a wonderfull meal or two together. Jill has the beautiful gift of hospitality! The place was exactly as described and is in a great neighborhood. Great Rogue Valley location!

We stayed at this property over the Christmas/New Year holiday while visiting family nearby. Jill is an excellent host and very responsive to any needs. She warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond by adding holiday decorations, which made it feel nice and cozy for our visit. While our children are adult age, this house would easily accommodate younger children, including a small, fenced back yard. A nice perk is the use of the garage and driveway so you don't have to park on the street if you have a car. Having grown up in this area the property is centrally located and provides easy access to local sites as well as the airport. No question we would return to this property.

Perfect Stay!

My husband, two adult daughters and my grandson stayed here for 2 nights. We had a memorial to attend in Jacksonville. The location was great. The house itself...I cannot think of a more wonderful VRBO that we have stayed in. The house was beyond clean (my first search) and was equipped with everything you could need as well as extra touches. It was very homey, and you could tell the owner went above and beyond. Speaking of the owner, Jill was sooo thoughtful. She knew why we were coming, and was so sweet and compasionate. We got in late so she said she'd be sure to turn the lights on and she did. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves visiting up that way again. Thank you, Jill, for being so wonderful!

Amazing Highly Recommended!!!

The owner takes care of everything. She decorates with flair and her attention to detail doesn't dissapoint in this cozy rental. We loved our stay and you will too. We stayed in others but we're coming back to this one on our next trip to the valley. Don't miss this place when your in the area. Highly recommended!

This home is located in one of the nicest and safety areas in Central Point. The home has been recently remodeled and front yard has been updated. I am currently working on updating the backyard. The home is equipped with everything that you have in your home and if I'm missing something or you need something special please let me know and I'd be happy to provide it. I will do everything in my power to make it be your "home away from home"
