Beautiful Family Vacation!

Such a warm, inviting and cozy home! My family had such a wonderful time! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, the large kitchen, and the open floor plan that made the family room our great meeting & games place! The owners are wonderful human beings! We can’t wait to visit again!

Lovely Place

Great place with nice pool and lots of room. Owner had amazing communication. There was a separate room with ac/heat, which was perfect for the older kids.

It was nice and comfortable!

We had good room for our group. Everything was clean and everything worked well. We entertained family there one night. Thank you so much for helping our family get together and just enjoy ourselves worry-free.

Listing is not accurate, house is ok, not great

This "4BR" property is 2 BR, 2 BA house with a 1BR guesthouse. There are inflatable mattresses in one BR and 2 common areas. There are only 2 actual mattresses in the house. One has a very squeaky bedframe.There were no towel bars or tp holders. The upstairs BR has no dresser, no closet. There are lots of locked closets and structures on the property.The house uses well water, which was not in the listing. All water sources (sinks, showers toilet) REEK of rotten eggs. We purchased water to drink.The house binder says no fires in the fire pit even though it was featured in a listing photo.There are surveillance cameras that were not mentioned in the listing, which violates VRBO policy. (https://help.vrbo.com/articles/What-is-HomeAway-s-policy-on-surveillance-devices-at-a-property)The pool and hot tub weren't that clean, but we're usable. The hot tub control panel was locked, but worked.There was dried poop, maybe cat?, throughout the yard.We found things left from previous renters like a dirty qtip and toys. The house appeared clean otherwise.If you need a place to stay, it's not terrible, but it's definitely not what we thought we were paying for.

So much fun for thrwhole family!

This was an excellent family vacation. The house was nice and inviting. It was a hot day when we arrived and the house was nice and cool when we in! Clearly they have been taking feedback from previous reviews, as there is now a blender ;). I also didn’t find the list of close out chores to be terrible, it was pretty basic requests. So perhaps that has been paired down as well. The only “issue” we ran into was really that there were no towels in the upstairs bathroom. However, we quickly realized there were ample towels in the downstairs bathroom and we were good to go.

Nice, but some things missing

We went to this house with a group of women in my extended family. The house was really nice and there were fresh flowers inside, so nice, but… there were no hand towels in either bathroom or any washcloths. There wasn’t a can opener, and I know its more of an amentity, but I would have liked a blender. I feel like possible the house was just starting as a VRBO, and hopefully these things get remedied soon. The worst part for me was that we were hoping to come in a little early on our first day and I was informed that we not only couldn’t come early but that the check in time was actually an hour after what was listed on my app and my check in email. Also check out time was SO early, 10 am on your last day when you have to clean up, strip sheets, take out trash, etc is really awful. The pool was really nice, but I think they need to get a pool guy, it was a bit slimy and you couldn’t see the bottom.
