Great place!

Great accommodations and location to food/activities. Host responses were prompt and helpful. Very clean. Would highly recommend and would consider this home for future visits.

ACC Championship stay

Great location and super cute places to eat/drink nearby. Had everything that we needed throughout our stay and got the option to check in early which is always a special treat :) however, the check-in was a bit confusing, there’s quite a few doors and it was dark so finding the proper one was a little difficult.

Thanksgiving stay

Great house and location! We were looking for a house in close proximity to our daughter & son-in-law who are expecting our 1st grandchild in few weeks, so we could enjoy Thanksgiving together. This house met our needs perfectly and accommodated our dog as well. I must say, we were very impressed that not only could we not detect any lingering pet odors, our dog was very comfortable as well and spent no time sniffing around looking for other pets. The fenced in backyard is anmazing and the neighborhood is perfect for walks. The TVs are fantastic and a lot of time & work has been spent updating the kitchen and bathroom. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Roach motel

First impression was the confusing check in process. Second impression was the beds that are basically cots. No box springs and a hard mattress. Third impression was the large roach running around in bathroom we found the next day. We ending leaving after the first night of the three nights we rented the place for. We informed the host of this and explained why. Their response was that "we need to lower our expectations" because they're not a big hotel chain. They went on to say the have the house sprayed for bugs every week so pardon them if one roach got by. How bad must the bug infestation be if the place has to be sprayed weekly? We are convinced their glorius reviews were submitted by friends of theirs. There is no way someone would want to return here a second time. I almost forgot to add that after our 14 hour drive there, we were awoken first thing in the morning by landscapers walking around the roof to clean the gutters and leaf blowers on the porch that literally blew leaves and pine needles inside the house through the gaps in the bottoms of the doors. I travel frequently on the east coast for business and always rent houses versus giving my money to the big hotel chains. This is the first negative experience we've had ever, combined with a host that basically told us our expectations are too high!

This location is central to everything. The home was cute. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property because of its features and the enjoyment of our last stay.

Cute bungalow

Cute bungalow in old Charlotte. They were actually filming a movie down the street while we were there and that was fun. Nice fenced in yard perfect for our dogs and a nice living area for us to have space. Water got hot and had great pressure. Great location too.
