Two-Bedroom Urban Flat. Conveniently located in a newly developing area just outside Downtown Dallas, this 1960s-built gem is only minutes from iconic spots. Expect original foundation and layout. As a thank-you for booking, guests enjoy free coffee at Toasted Coffee Shop, plus complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum.

If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee helps us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.

Great for a short stay

This apartment was very clean and had all the amenities. Pool was right outside the door. Several college kids were there but pretty quite. I would stay again.

Spring Break 2023

We just needed a place to stay overnight. Well, we went to an indoor water park in Grand Prairie. This place is in a very safe neighborhood. It was a very nice place to stay and if we ever need to stay in Dallas again, I would definitely choose this place.

Nice accomodation for 2 nights stay

Nice place to stay for a short trip in Dallas. It isnt overpriced and its close to the airport. There is also parking and anything handy is inside the place. Neighboorhood is also quiet. The property owner is easy to communicate with. Its worth the stay. Thank you!

Nice apartment with great location.

We stayed here for a few nights during the Dallas Market. We didn’t have any problems. The place was clean, the host checked in with me several times to see if we needed anything. No weird smells as someone else talked about. Overall a great place to stay!

State Fair Showin’

We were in town for my sons last trip to State Fair Barrow Show and wanted someplace close to the grounds but clean and in a good area. This place was awesome! The owner was super sweet even when we had door code issues at 10pm coming in from the show. She answered right away and we were welcomed and she was understanding. We were only there one night but we commented several times that I wish we had found them sooner because we would have definitely made them our yearly stay!

Stay was okay, decent location, loud neighbor

The unit is in an older apartment building on the first floor. Convenient location, ~10-minute to downtown Dallas, lots of retail and restaurants within a couple miles. The upstairs tenants were loud and up at all hours of the night, even during the week. We didn’t feel unsafe and didn’t experience the sketchy or odor situations other reviewers have mentioned.

Great location, amenities good for the price

Reading some of the other reviews I think people need to keep in mind how reasonable the price is. The location was perfect. Seemed like we were very central from everything we wanted to do. Place was clean, there was an odor (maybe mildew) we bought some air fresher and that took care of it. You could hear people walking upstairs but again the price was reasonable. I would stay here again. The photos I saw showed a room with 2 single beds and a room with one bed. When we arrived both rooms had a full size bed. Just thought I would mention incase you needed 2 beds in one room.

My Sister fail on Thursday after and ended in hospital open break on both bones in wrist. Tried to tell her that and thought we were there until Sat morning was late getting out of unit I will never rent from her again very very rude

There were lots of people running around and screaming at 1 am when we arrived. Cars out front squealing tires, people hanging off of them. Shady stuff going on. We left. I have asked the owners for a refund and they refuse. Very dissatisfied . There were 4 of us women who were scared and owners show no concern

Neighborhood is sketch, smells funny, noisy children above

We walked in and were quite disappointed. The apartment has a funny smell and you can't open the windows. Small parking lot with tiny slots. Went for a walk and did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Nothing nearby, no coffee shops or any stores. There are 2 young children renting (or living) in the unit right above and they ran around until after 9pm and were up again around 5am. There is nothing at all in the cupboards, a couple plates, spoons & forks. Not welcoming or inviting at all. Definitely NOT worth the price we paid! This is this 1st negative review I've ever given, it was a disappointment

Vacation interrupted by maintenance issue and communication issues

We checked in to find that the only bathroom had a broken shower/bath. So we were unable to bathe for half of our stay. Our vacation plans were put on hold while waiting to hear back from the host & for the water to finally be fixed 24 hours later. Apartment is more dated and old than it appears in the photos, as other reviewers have mentioned. Overall, host was difficult to get in touch with & reluctant to get maintenance scheduled to come fix the bathroom without some prodding. We left 2 voicemails and never received a call back, and also contacted VRBO to see about a partial refund since we didn't have a working shower for half our stay, but VRBO stated they were unable to help us as it was the responsibility of the 'host' and she had not responded to their attempts at contact either. Overall, we wish we hadn’t had to waste so much of our vacation time trying to coordinate maintenance issues and message with the host & vrbo.

Kind of shabby

We chose this property for a two-night stay due to location, reviews, price and photos. It has pros and cons. First the positives: Great location Strong A/C Comfortable bed and pillows Lots of hot water Kitchen appliances looked new (we didn't use) Now the negatives: It was much shabbier than pictured. The couch was stained and paint was peeling. There was a very strong chemical odor (bleach?) that persisted. It made it difficult to sleep the first night. When we got home and opened our suitcases, the smell wafted out. You can hear the upstairs residents when they walk. This isn't a fault of the host, just a factor of being on the first floor. If you aren't a heavy sleeper, this might bother you. We were already awake due to the odor, so this just added to the disturbance. Window blinds in the bedroom did not block out the outdoor light at night. Overall, for the budget-minded, it's not a bad choice. But I wouldn't return for fear of the odor.

Very clean! Check in/out process was very easy. Apartment was on the lower level right in front of the pool. Even though we didn’t get to swim because it was cold, the pool was very clean.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed for three days with our two teenage children. The rental was very, very clean (thank you)! Comfortable beds and couch made it easy to sleep and relax. Overhead fans in each room in addition to AC made the rooms easy to get comfortable in for our family with wildly different temp preferences. Close to downtown, museums, etc. Great location for visiting the city proper. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide a couple larger pots to cook things like pasta. There were only 2 very small pots but other cookware was adequate. Also, would have been more convenient to have the wifi password communicated with property entry codes but the host did reply pretty quickly when we asked for it! Overall very good experience. Would book again. Thank you!
