The reverse floor plan takes advantage of the captivating views overlooking Captain Sams Creek. The living room features hardwood flooring and a large sectional sofa to unwind and enjoy entertainment on the huge Vizio Smart TV for streaming. Comcast cable is also provided. Access the screened porch from this upper level living space. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers a pass through to the dining area where the dining table overlooks the living room. A 1/2 bath is conveniently located off the kitchen.

This Creekwatch Villa comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 2 bedrooms on the lower level of the town home. Each bedroom is appointed with high quality bedding and newly renovated bathrooms. The master suite is on the creekside with a king bed, flat screen TV, a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower and an open deck with views! The second bedroom features a queen bed with trendy finishes and a full, renovated, en suite bath. The washer/dryer is located in the downstairs hallway for your convenience. There is even an open garage where you can store your beach and fishing gear!

The screened porch off the living room is our favorite place for morning coffee, listening to the oyster’s cluck and viewing the dolphins meandering through the creek. Creekwatch Villas are located in a prime Seabrook Island waterside setting on Captain Sams Creek with a crabbing dock, community pool and tranquil marine and birdlife. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Community pool for Creekwatch Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small well-behaved dog; 35 lbs or less is permitted at this property. Pet fee is an additional $250 per week. No other pets permitted.

Parking: Seabrook Island allows a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles at this property and requires each vehicle to have a car pass at all times. Car pass fee is an additional $45 per car.
