You'll love the easy access to Seabrook Islands' 3 miles of pristine beach, with a short walk to the Club and pools. Two spacious bedrooms each have deck access for your lounging pleasure or coffee break. The master bedroom is on the second level and has a King bed with en suite bath with separate vanity. The second bedroom om the first floor has 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, and access to the full hall bath. A large deck provides wonderful outdoor living space for dining and unwinding.

The open floor plan means everyone is included in the fun. The large expanse of picture windows brings the beauty of outside in to enjoy. There is a queen sized pull out sofa for additional sleeping. A dining table for 6 is adjacent to the family area and fully stocked kitchen. You will appreciate the efficiency and comfort of this gracious townhome.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Cancellation Policy:
If you don't purchase insurance, the following applies: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
